Absolutely gorgeous location! It’s very peaceful in Princeville. The place was clean and nice. It had everything we needed.
We cannot recommend this home more! The house is very clean and well maintained; the kitchen has everything you need; laundry; beautiful patio that we ate all our meals on; spacious rooms and living area; and the beds are comfortable. The pool was just a short walk and the property is close to so much in Kauai. We strongly recommend staying here and hope to be back!
The location was great, the place itself is beautiful. We had some technical difficulties with the TV in the living room and when I reached out about it, I didn’t hear back until about 2 days later. We managed with the other TV just fine.
My party and I stayed at the location for 8 days and we loved it so much. It was so much easier than anywhere we have stayed before because of the kitchen and washer and dryer. They have pretty much everything you would need and everything is labeled in the cupboards (which I love!). I have nothing that but good things to say.

Nice home with everything you need to make you feel comfortable. The pool and bbq area were clean. The pool water was a bit cold and took some getting used to, but it was never over crowded! Very relaxing location with all the amenities nearby you don’t really have to leave the area to get the best of Kauai. Our only suggestions for improvement would be more dish cloths and a safe to store passports would have been nice.
Love this community as it has a pool, jacuzzi, and the townhouse layout of the house convenience is helpful. 8 min walk to Queen’s Bath and walking distance to Saturday’s Farmers Market. Great location!

The home was beautiful and definitely has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We ended up having to contact the management company for a quick fix and they were super fast and responsive. We already know this is where we want to stay when we return!

This was one of the nicest places I have rented. The unit was spacious and well laid out. 5 people (2 couples and a single) had plenty of room for privacy and hanging out together. Two masters made it easy for everyone. The kitchen was so well stocked that we had everything we could think of for cooking and more. The furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable. This unit has a great large patio facing a private area and we were out there with the birds a lot of the time. The pool and hot tub were close by and the property location was quiet but convenient.
Vacasa was wonderful in helping us fix a challenge with the entry lock the first day and got it taken care of really quickly and professionally via text-so easy. I would recommend this unit anytime!
Spacious, clean and comfortable
We loved having the space to hang out and sleep 6 adults comfortably! The washer and dryer weren’t great, and we specifically chose this place (and paid more than other places) to make sure we had central AC but it had limitations and didn’t cool down enough at night so that was frustrating, especially for the third bedroom. But it was cute and clean and had great linens and beach chairs and umbrellas and a cooler so that was awesome.
The condo was beautifully decorated, super comfortable beds and linens. Easy checking process. Upon arrival, we had some nice local snacks waiting for us. Lots of space for the 4 of us and LOVED the central air!! Very quiet. Never heard any neighbors or roosters!
Really enjoyed our stay.amenities are great. Would have liked functional beach umbrellas. Also a few boogie boards would have made it a perfect stay.
The house was beautiful just like the pictures they posted. Location was good and loved all the flowering trees!

This spacious property is well appointed with tasteful furniture, art, and all the items you could possibly need. It is larger and more luxurious than we expected. The pool are was also gorgeous! We would stay here again, for sure!

A party of 5 enjoyed this home away from home for my mom's 75th birthday. The home fit us perfectly with 3 beds and 3 baths, and it was a great location in Princeville. A new home that had central air and plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked, the lanai was really roomy and the whole unit was really clean. The community pool was really nice to relax in as well.
The only downside was the bed in the Master bedroom was indented with use. It was easy to tell where others had slept in the bed, the mattress needs to be either rotated or replaced. Also, the AC outside the bedroom was pretty loud.
Other than that we appreciated everything about the home including the welcome gifts! The cookies, the lei and chocolates were a special touch!

Wow, this place is large, clean, and well-equipped with basically anything you could need. The place itself was bright and airy, with two lovely lanais. We would stay here again if we could!
