Nihilani 16A is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath, air conditioned plantation style condo. Set in a lush, garden setting, this spacious, one-story, 1,400-square-foot home is a destination where you can retreat into the relaxed Hawaiian lifestyle in comfort and style.

The Nihilani at Princeville Resort is nestled in the upscale and private neighborhood of Princeville, on Kauai's lush North Shore. Nihilani is adjacent to the Makai Golf Course, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Other nearby attractions include Hanalei Bay and its beautiful 2-mile long sandy beach.

The open floor plan includes a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and a spacious dining room. Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), 2 full baths, a full laundry room, and a small office space completes the layout. Out the dining room door you'll find a 200-square-foot lanai outfitted with relaxing furniture. An attached 2-car garage offers private parking and easy and direct access to the house.

The Nihilani complex has a beautiful pool area that includes a Jacuzzi and large and relaxing BBQ area. The free form pool has two levels, the upper level covered by a large cabana.

We had a great stay here. Place is even better than photos and much larger than appeared. Appreciated all of the goodies in the garage and of course large garage itself for parking. Townhome community and overall location in Princeville was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.

It's a unit on Nihilani, which is right in front of Bali Kai. The unit is as shown in the pics. Garage with remote. AC working perfectly. Full kitchen, full stocked garage with beach accent and 3 bicycles. Very well cleaned and maintained. 2 suites. It's much better than Bali Kai, if you find something in Nihilani, just book it.

I am very picky and I was so impressed with this property. It literally has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is well appointed, there are plenty of towels and beach supplies like umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, bicylcles. Its located near cute shops/restaurants. The pictures don't do it justice. If we are lucy enough to come back to Kauai, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved this wonderful condo! The layout is fantastic, giving privacy between bedrooms - each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is top notch - everything you need to cook, which we did a lot of - and the living area and lanai were very comfortable. Location wise it really doesn't get any better - quiet nights and a short walk to the cliffs or down the street to Hideaways beach. The pool/BBQ area was great. Plenty of bath and beach towels, the laundry setup was great (we were there 11 days and it allowed us to pack lighter,) and the garage was loaded with beach supplies - pop up tent, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and more. Highly recommend this fantastic getaway place.

We stayed at this condo for 7 nights. The location was perfect for us, less than a 10 minute drive to Hanalei Bay. The owners have thought of everything. They have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which came in handy. This condo is very clean and well maintained. Very nice floor plan with good separation between bedrooms. It is very convenient to have the garage attached to the unit, so walking was minimal. We loved our stay in this awesome condo and will look to book it again next February. Thank you for the fantastic stay.

The condo was amazing. Loved everything about it. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. There were beach chairs and toys available as well as bicycles.
