Great location for easy access (walking) to several beaches and dining options. The condo was in very good condition (clean, updated kitchen and bathrooms), provided many products (bathroom soaps/shampoo, laundry and dishwasher detergents, basic kitchen spices-salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegars). It had great views of the sunset from the lanai and we loved swimming in the pool, which had lovely views of the water. We will stay here again.
It is a nice unit with the biggest draw being the easy walk to the beach. It is well appointed with a view of the water over a couple roofs within the complex. It was very quiet. One of the bonuses was the beach gear they provide, including chairs, boogie boards, even snorkel equipment. Better instructions for the TV and air conditioning unit would be nice.
This was a great property, with lots of room and fully stocked with everything. Also the management company is wonderful (Lyra was amazing) and made sure we had everything we needed! Also great location to the parking lot.

The Condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The location was great with access to a great beach just a short walk away. Great amenities and support from property management.
The condo complex is nice and the unit has a good view of the ocean from the lanai. The unit was large, well equipped, it had good air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels and some snorkel gear.
Issues: The couch was pretty dirty (we put a sheet over it). The kitchen had ants (we kept all food in the fridge). The stove top did not work well (manager said it is scheduled to be replaced).

We loved this property! The location could not be beat and the sunset views every evening from the balcony were gorgeous! The unit is very comfortable and we had ample space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The bathrooms could use an update or a really good deep clean at the very least but other than that the place was 5 stars!
We had 8 nights here during a hot spell, and the a/c kept us cool! The kitchen was well stocked, and we cooked almost every night. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the lanais. It was quiet, and the living room was large enough for us to spread out and enjoy time together. It's a short walk to nice beaches, turtles at night, and some restaurants. Short drives to groceries and other great beaches. There was snorkeling equipment for 4, a couple beach chairs, a cooler--basically the stuff you need for the beach. The pool is right across from the beach, a lovely place to dip in as the sun goes down. Nihi Kai itself is a great chill vibe. Not overly modern, but kept up nicely, and a private feel for each unit. So Nihi Kai is great, and this unit is great for a family getaway.

This condo was excellent! Had all the amenities and then some! I was worried we would not have beach “stuff” however the condo came equipped with everything! The one umbrella did not work well but everything else was fine. The place is comfortable and we had plenty of room. My husband myself and our two grown children (18,20) had a great stay. The condo was wonderful and NOT run down. No weird smells. We would recommend highly. Downside if any, there are stairs. so if you have any mobility issues this would not be the place for you. Our host responded quickly when I did a question. Aloha!
We had the best time. The location was great. It was within walking to brenecks and Poipu beach. And a beautiful drive to everything else. The condo had everything we needed and more. Description was spot on. Would highly recommend

Easy to communicate, unit had everything possible and necessary, can’t beat the location, views, quietness and accessibility to the beach while not being right on top of everything/everyone. Excellent space for my wife and I, our 2 kids and my mother-in-law to spread out. Beach gear available including 4 backpack chairs, cooler, boogie boards x 2, umbrella x2 (one not working well) and some snorkel gear (in fair condition at best as a heads up). 5-10 minute walk to the beach, depending upon which section, good size pool with hose to wash feet after beach.
This 2BR/2BA unit was perfect for our group of four traveling to Kauai. Phenomenal location (short walk to waterfront and Poipu beach), fantastic view, and excellent space. Would highly recommend!
Short walk to daily sea turtle viewing and snorkeling. Close to good food also. Quiet complex, for great relaxation.

My rental experience was unexpected. I orignally booked with Airbnb and the owners changed to this rental managment company 2 weeks before the trip. The new company was quick, helpful and efficient in getting me rebooked, at the same price, with their company. The resort was in a great location and the property was well maintained and beautiful. The unit was comfortable (a bit outdated) with lots of seating options indoors and out. They provided beach chairs, snorkels and other fun stuff. I would recommend this unit.
