This is our 2nd stay in Vista Waikoloa. This unit is a ground floor unit and is very easy to access. It is well appointed and perfect for our needs. Walkable to beach access and shopping. A great unit we would highly recommend!
The condo has been nicely remodeled and was very well stocked! Convenient location to explore on this side of the island. It has beach gear and beach towels which was very helpful. The pool was great too!
We had an issue getting access to the property as well as the condo.
Had to get in touch with management and finally property host to get gate code and door code. Once inside we had no hot water! It was fixed the next day but after a day of travel and 45 min drive a cold shower wasnt very nice. Sorta bummer when considering the amount you pay.
Condo was nice, funiture was a bit dated and mismatched. Bathroom doors need to be replaced with real doors for privacy, the closet magnetic doors offered zero privacy.
Beach equipment was well used, boogie boards were pretty beat up, one of the beach chairs had a broken handle.
It was a great location and good place to call home once everything was settled out.
Hopefully updated funiture, and better access communication will be addressed for future guests.
This is the 4 vrbo we've had in HI over the years, I have to say I would probable not go back to this one unfortunately.
It just didnt have that welcoming feeling the others had.
It looked like a work in progress hopefully as these things are addressed I'll be a competitive listing again.

When we first arrived at the A104 we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. It was also newly updated and looked just like the photos. We spent over two weeks at Vista Waikoloa and really like the properties location close to A Beach and shopping. Our only complaints were that we could hear the neighbors upstairs whenever they flushed the toilet or moved a chair. Previously the properties we stayed at were better sound insulated. The units lanai also faced the road and only had some hedges to provide some privacy. Facing the gold course would be nice, but otherwise it was just great!

Nice relaxing stay in this rental at Waikoloa. Everything in the listing was accurate. The complex was quiet and relaxing. Never heard any of the neighbors. Being on the bottom floor was definitely a plus. PLace was very clean and I appreciated all the beach amenities and items needed for our stay. Parking was no hassle. Amenities were very close. No complaints at all for our stay.

This is a really nice unit on the ground floor. Doesn't get much direct sunlight so it keeps cool even without the a/c on. Very spacious and quiet, kitchen is well stocked and there are supplies for beach activities. Very convenient to both Kings and Queens Marketplaces. We liked having breakfast on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay here.
