We had an amazing stay at this property. Easy drive from the airport and parking space was conveniently located right in front of the condo. Beds extremely comfortable and amenities like cooler, cooler backpack, and beach towels were appreciated. Property manager very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions. Easy beach walk across the street and located close to snorkeling cruise we took as well as jumping on the road to Hana. Highly recommend!
Well maintained 2BR/1BA condo. It is very close to a beach and the complex has a pool. Management allowed us a late checkout when our flight was changed to an evening flight which was very nice.

Cute place. The agent that runs the listing was not super friendly when we could not get in. Once we were in the place is spotless! Very nice quiet complex about a 5 min walk to the beach. We weren’t there much to enjoy but it’s a comfy home across the street from the beach. Very updated. Biggest downside was the hot water running out extremely quickly. You have about 4 mins of hot water before it’s cold.
We loved it here! Clean and very convenient to everything. The beach supplies were a great bonus.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! It was very clean and within a very short walking distance to the beach across the street. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Our only complaint was that the water in the shower did not get hot, but it was bearable anyways. I would recommend this condo to anyone!
We were very disappointed in this listing. It has good reviews so we chose it. There were many issues, including the place was grimy, I wiped a wet cloth on the floor and the paper towel was black. Whoever cleans the place doesn’t have enough time to do a good job. To top it off, we had no hot water in the showers, it was either cold in the morning or luke warm in the afternoon. This condo also sits on a rooster farm, and because it’s on the ground floor, the roosters prevented us from sleeping for the 3 nights we were there. We were severely sleep deprived because of it. The rooster started crowing at 1am one night and kept crowing until 7am. Another morning it started at 3am. So, unless you don’t mind not getting sleep and not needing hot water, I would not choose this location. Lastly, the AC machine smelled like mold and mildew, so we couldn’t use it. It was making my friend sick. Whoever keeps this place up, needs to step up the maintenance. We were very disappointed in this place, despite the reviews and pictures. The pics were a bit deceiving, the place did not look like the pictures either. There are also tons of bugs in the unit, the terminators came at 9am while we were doing the cleaning choirs listed in the unit handbook. They demanded to come in and spray while we were packing and when we asked if they can come back at 10am when our checkout is, they said they will be gone at 10. They came by twice. This place needs much improved management.
The place is nice, pretty clean and in good location if you want to explore different parts of the island. The person managing the property is nice and responding quickly, but not necessary helpful. Here are few things we encountered:
- There is a high pitch noise from upstairs whenever the neighbors use the sink/shower. That means sometimes at 5 am or late in the evening. The day we left, somebody started banging in the pipes at 6 am, perhaps a plumber. Hope they solved this issue.
- If you want hot water in the shower, you won't get it. The lever seemed to be limited by how much can be pushed to the Hot setting.
- Some dishes were dirty but put back in the cabinets
- There are cockroaches on the kitchen counter, regardless of the fact that we left no food outside
Kihei holiday is a really nice complex. It is small and quite and comfortable.
The Condo is really nice and well equipped and really nicely furnished. The appliances are brand new.
Being a bottom floor unit is really convenient.
There is a nice beach right across the street and the unit had beach towels chairs and snorkels.
Melanee is a great host.
Newly remodeled home. Like the clean condition and spacious room. Would be perfect if the bed could be more firm. Will definitely come again.
