The condo was clean and updated. It is very close to Nāpili bay beach, which has some great snorkeling with lots of turtles! There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The condo was a great value and would recommend staying here.
Looks better on picture, newly renovated with low quality cheap material. Horrible door/doorknob. Very difficult to open, wish they spent money to replace it instead of the cheap renovations. Renovations didn’t fix the issues of prior reviews, 3 star review for a reason.
The bathroom smelled so bad the entire time, strong sewer smells - basically like a gas station restroom.
There were ants in the kitchen, so I had to keep food off the kitchen counter. Found a cockroach crawling around inside the dishes in the cupboard.
Sad part is, I would’ve given a decent review, it is a good location, AC works well. But I had to take the shower head off on the first day due to it was leaking and not working properly. Yet they charged me $40 for them to twist the shower head back on (said they had to pay someone to look into it), but why did I have to pay for the defective shower head they had in place prior to my visit. Stay away unless you enjoy staying in a sewer infested by ants and roaches by the beach.
This was our first family trip to Hawaii and we decided to try a rental versus a hotel. This was the best choice we could've made as the apartment was beautiful, the kitchen was fully stocked, and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was also a perfect location with amazing views and a short walk from the beach. The assistant propert manager was super friendly and struck up a conversation whenever we saw him. We definitely plan on staying here again on our next visit!
The picture looked nice but when we got there the property was old and dingy. The floor is cement and the bed is small and uncomfortable
Very old - no updates. Terrible neighborhood. Very hard to find. Pool small, only 6 in pool at a time. Furniture uncomfortable.
Unit had not been cleaned but owner/agent took care of it and gave small rebate
This is a comfortable, quiet home away from home which is very close to fantastic beaches, restaurants and shopping. Just delightful.
A short walk to Napili beach and we loved 5315 restaurant. My only suggestion, and the reason for only four stars overall, is because the air conditioning really doesn’t work very well to even cool the bedroom and we were we had a hard time sleeping because it was pretty hot. The sitting area and kitchen has no air conditioning at all but it was tolerable with the Screen door open and fan blowing in the evening which is really the only time we spent there. A good value for the price
The stay was fine. It would be nice to have a table for eating or the counter made wider to slide the chairs up to. You definitely need a car as it is in a neighborhood too far from the beach.
The location is close to Napili Bay and it is quiet. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled terrible, the living room was hot and the kitchen had lots of small bugs.
This place is a good value, but many things in the ad are simply misleading. We stayed 3 nights and the pool was closed all 4 days. We asked at the desk and got a shrug. Pool area looked beautiful but I talked to a couple locals and it sounds like this is not an uncommon occurrence at the hotel. The location is great- walking distance to little downtown, a lot of restaurants, and sits right on the water. And very close to the little picturesque river that flows into the ocean. Just don’t expect a bike ride to any of it- yes they have free bikes to take, but it’s 2 for the entire property. So be early and lucky if you daydreaming about that sunset ride on the beach. The grounds are a mess- garbage everywhere, they even left full garbage bags outside for several days after changing out the bags. Office was strange and cluttered and on check in the woman was more interested in the fact I had extended the reservation a night 2-3 months before than in answering my questions about the area and the hotel. While I think this place has a lot of potential I think it needs some maintenance, simply cleaning up the property to mitigate the mess of the homeless/tent population that seem to prefer this part of Kapa’a. In contrast to this is the rooms that, while dated, were particularly clean and beds were very comfortable. Overall a good place, though I wouldn’t call it a resort like their website. Lots of natural beauty everywhere on Kauai- lots here too.

Had an overall incredibly beautiful stay, some initial plumbing problems with the unit the first night were handled promptly by the property management and maintenance ! Very peaceful and quiet my entire stay couldn't have asked for more ...💪
Easy check in, good parking, quiet neighborhood, great laundry facilities, easy walk to beach. It was easy to cool the apartment in January with the breeze, so the air conditioning unit in the bedroom was not used. Benjamin was very responsive. We enjoyed our time on Maui.
We arrived a little early and the cleaning lady said we could put our bags in the room and she would be done cleaning shortly. She was very nice. We were extremely disappointed that the home didn't have air conditioning, as the advertisement said it did. There was a floor A/C machine that only cooled the master bedroom. The living room/kitchen/bathroom were like a sauna. Our daughter slept on the floor in the master bedroom with my wife and I because it was too hot in the living room to sleep. We only cooked breakfast in the home because it was so hot. They brought us a fan that took the edge off the heat, but it was still very hot when we were in the home. The kitchen was poorly stocked. There were silverware, cooking utensils, 4 plates, 4 small bowls and some glasses. There was plenty of pans to cook with, but there wasn't a bowl to mix pancake batter, salads, etc. So, we used the coffee pot to mix pancake batter. The owners were very nice, but their efforts were not enough to help with the heat. We will stay somewhere else next time.
