This condo is comfy with plenty of space for 2 people to lounge. The resort itself is sweet with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The major con is noise and check in/out. The walls are paper thin. You can hear the people next door putting silverware away so you can literally hear everything. You’re 100% dependent on neighbors for the peace of your stay. We did not luck out in that department. Check in 4:00, check out 10:00 is harsh. Otherwise good communication from property manager. If it weren’t for the noise I would have given a 5.
This is a lovely location but this particular unit is quite worn out and tired. I could go into details (crater on one side of the bed, missing fan switches, dirty blinds, a fan in the bathroom that has only one speed: extra extra windy) but I’ll spare you all the details. Also, the check-in process was a nightmare. The unit isn’t available until 4:00 PM, and there’s no flexibility around that, which is understandable. However, it’s communicated very clearly in the materials that the front office is open only until 4:30 PM. If you miss the 30-min window you don’t get a parking pass or laundry access until you return when the office reopens. If you miss the window, you are pointed in the direction of a phone, a land line, which has no dial tone. When that fails, they advise you find You also get the pleasure of trying to find the security guard, which took me more than 30 minutes and some jogging! (An alternative phone number provided but it was never answered, despite my multiple calls.) All that said, the location and view is lovely. If you want to stay at Napili Shores, I’d recommend a different unit (perhaps one that is NOT managed by MyPerfectStay) or making sure you have a highly reliable arrival time.
Property was clean and beautiful. There is a trail right to the beach which is super convenient. There is also a wash off area to get all the sand off of you on your way back to the property which was helpful. The two pools and hot tub were clean and pleasant. Restaurant on property is so delicious.
