Condo was conveniently located-close to pool, hot tub, laundry and restaurant. Plenty of nice bath towels provided-2 beach chairs provided which was very nice to have also-Condo was clean and nice welcoming package was a nice surprise. Condo could get noisy at times due to closeness to pool and tub. Grounds not kept up daily as it used to be from prior stays - condo is nice but could use some TLC-no safe provided either. More than 1 beach towel for a 15 day stay would have appreciated also. Overall would stay again just for the convenience and location.
The condo and accommodations were accurate and nice as stated in the reviews. Would be a great place to stay for a family with kids. Unfortunately, my wife and I were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway. 50 feet from the patio is a hot tub and pool. It is open from 8am - 10pm. So expect noise pretty much between those hours. At the other end of the condo is the bedroom which is adjacent to the parking lot. Be ready to hear garbage trucks at 5:30 three days a week, cars coming and going and luggage being rolled to and from rooms and cars. It is a great location to stay, my recommendation would be to pay more for a room closer to the ocean away from the “family pool” and parking lot.
The condo was clean and had all the necessary items to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would come back to this condo for sure. The management company was very easy to reach and responded to minor issues that we had.
Been coming to Napili Shores condos for over a decade. This condo specifically met all my expectations. Clean, good AC unit, all the amenities. Would definitely recommend. Just a quick walk to the beach and my kids LOVED how close we were to the pool.
We really enjoyed the location of the condo, the property grounds were beautiful, the pool was well maintained and the condo was perfect for our family.
While not as upmarket as some accommodation in the area (which is quite upmarket indeed!), we were more than happy here. The condo has all you need and offers direct beach access, whale watching, food options, pools, laundry and more, all on site. Great value in this beautiful part of west Maui.
We have stayed at the Napili Shores property for several years but this was the first visit to this particular unit. Overall, our stay was great. The owner did a fabulous job of decorating and appointing the unit and the kitchen had everything possible that a visitor could ask for!! Communications with the owner were superior and we hope to return next year.
The suite was very nice, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning for coffee. The hedge between the pool and the suite made a nice privacy screen.
Great time. Beautiful place.
Just wish Maui accommodations were not so expensive so we could visit more often.
