View and pool were great. However we did have some issues. Upstairs bathroom had vise grips to turn on shower, lighting in upstairs bathroom was terrible, They came the next day to fix the shower as was promised. There was shortage of hangers, no blender, potholders, kitchen sink stopper. They did stop by with those items the same day after I texted the property management. However, it did take time out of our vacation day to get this stuff taken care of, which was unacceptable. Also, the lighting in the family room was very poor and the floor lamps in there were broken and about to fall over. Lighting was so poor. It was hard to play games at the kitchen table because it was so dark. The furniture was kind of old and tired. It could use some sprucing up.

Wonderful condo overlooking bay where you can snorkel with turtles and short walking distance to fabulous beach for families. Second visit to this condo comples in 9 years because our seniors in high school twin girls wanted to come here again. Besides view, mattresses on beds were fantastic being somewhat firm but also soft. Also, have outdoor sunscreen to help with late afternoon sun on outdoor balcony which was a plus.

Beautiful view. Upstairs very musty A/C leaking down the wall onto carpet.Downstairs bed Very Uncomfortable dips in the middle of mattress. Also A/C running down the walls dripping on the floor. Unit was not that clean. Dryer blows into the entry lint all over even after we cleaned the vent.

Unit is very nice. Carpet and bedroom furniture dated, but overall very nice. Location Great. Price reasonable. AC had issues but it was taken care of after 4 days. Compensated with late check out which was very nice. Unfortunately even after late late check out was arranged we were locked out of unit mid-day. Was able to resolve within 45 minutes but was still stressful as all of our belongings, including cell phone were still in unit.Would reccommend and would absolutelly return! Mahalo

Two king beds, one in each bedroom area. Matresses were comfortable. Please be advised that lofted bedroom is only 'closed off' by thin drapery. The loft is spacious with its own bathroom but not entirely encloseed or completely private.Clean. Serveal pots and pans, pitchers, rice cooker, and electric kettle. 3 beach chairs, ice chest, and beach towels. Stack set washer and dryer. Great communication with management company; easy check in process. Quiet complex, easy parking. Plese note that at next door resort there is small family owned beach rental company that rents, SUP and surf boards, underwater cameras, and other beach equipment. Bonus tip: The Waterworks beach rentals store also sell shave ice! All within easy walking distance to this condo.

The downstairs bedroom was a decent size and had its own vanity and bathroom. The upstairs loft was actually nicer than i thought it would be. Both king beds were very comfortable with clean linens. The kitchen was well stocked and we actually cooked in a few time for dinner and breakfast. You can literallyl walk right next door to the Gazebo restaurant for breakfast. They also provided 4 chairs and an rolling ice chest which was really nice. A 3 minute drive to the Napili market, Boss Frogs, etc. made this even better. There was really not a big reason for us to leave this side of the island. A 10 minute drive to Kanapalli Beach, 15 to Lahaina, 45 min to the airport in no traffic. The Host was also very communicative and responsive. Terrific and would love to return! Thank you!

We read a couple of reviews that indicated that the glass door was obscure due to sea salt and needed maintenance or replacement. Management responded and said they were taking care of the problem, so we rented this place. When we arrived the glass was badly obscured and ruined 50% of the view to the bay (which is the ONLY good thing about unit). We tried several times over 4 days to reach management to relocate to another unit, they NEVER responded. Spoke with one management personal and she said the would give a partial refund if they couldn't find another unit. Never happened and never called back, so we chased them for 3 more days. We have rentals ourselves and this unit suffers from years of deferred maintenance. refrigerator makes so much humming noise you can hear it at night; dishwasher does not work properly and does not release the soap. Showers have mold and need caulking. I am sure the HVAC systems are not serviced so probably full of mold. My wife is sensitive to mold and had issues with her hands during our stay. The shower upstairs was a slow drain and clogged which they finally came to clear on the 4th day. When we arrived there was hair left in the upstairs showers, my daughter had to clean it since they never responded with a cleaning crew as they promised. I think the philosophy is they just hand you a sanitizing wipe like they do on the plane and you're on your own. Two beach chairs were broken, the beach umbrella fell apart, the list is long. Stay away!

Was a very nice, clean unit with beautiful views & nice furniture. Only negatives were an obscured view as the door glass in the unit was bad but an easy fix. The pools are not heated unfortunately. Would definitely stay here again if available.
