This property is absolutely amazing! We stayed here for two weeks and did not want to go home. It's in a quiet, private complex and the unit is beautiful. It was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. With views of the water, we spent our mornings drinking coffee on the deck and evenings with a cocktail watching the sunset. Napili and Kapalua beaches are within walking distance and restaurants and grocery story are only a couple minutes drive away.
I was also really impressed with the level of communication from our hosts. Not only did they provide plenty of details and info beforehand, they checked in during our stay to make sure everything was ok and helped proptly when we had a small issue.
We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a tranquil Maui vacation.

and what a wonderful holiday! we were lucky to have a huge north swell most of our stay with huge waves for the surfers off Napili point. truly breathtaking views of this from the apartment. i don’t need to tell you how nice the apartment looks - you can see that yourself from the photos!

We spent 6 nights at this beautiful condo. We’ve stayed at Napili Point before but this was the first time in this particular unit. It is very nicely decorated with updated counter tops, flooring, and newer appliances; a step above other condos that can be shabby and out of date.
The a/c was welcome, particularly in the upstairs loft: we all slept comfortably each night.

The only "funny" thing was the pots and pans: there was a whole set that was useless with the induction stove top. There were 2 other pans that were made for an induction cook top and once we figured that out, we were in business. But why have the others when they won't work?

We returned home yesterday after a fabulous stay here on Maui. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated and had the most amazing view. The kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer was super convenient, beds were comfortable—even the pullout couch which is rare! Also, starter supplies for dishwasher, washer, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, etc were plentiful. Snorkeling in the bay from the property was so wonderful. Getting down the rocks to the water wasn’t so bad, just had to be careful. The pool area was nice—could have used a few more umbrellas for some shade. Napili beach was just a short walk away as were a few good restaurants. All the people we encountered were so kind and friendly. If I had one suggestion it would be for a larger couch in the living area, although the one provided appeared to be brand new and like I said, the pullout bed was super comfortable. Overall, we were super happy with our stay at Napili Point (C3) and would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you so much!

Online pictures looked newer than it was. Not as clean as I would like. There was still sand on floors and carpet and couch not vacuumed off.

Great location with an oceanfront view. we saw lots of whales and turtles. Snorkeling was excellent. Restaurants walking distance. Merriman’s restaurant is a must.

Perfect for our family of 5! Unbelievable location. We paid over 600 dollars for a snorkel tour when the snorkeling was exponentially better right outside the front door. And you can't beat Napili. We'll be back!

We always love staying at Napili Point. It’s a great location for snorkeling and beach access is super easy. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the master king size bed is up in the loft which gives parents absolutely no privacy.
