Everything was beautiful enjoyed the property very much
We stayed at Napili Bay last year, so this year we decided to stay at a condo. It was very well stocked and very comfortable. The owner was very communicative and the staff were very friendly. Honokeana Cove was excellent for snorkeling with turtles everywhere. The walk to Napili Bay over the rocks was a little challenging. Overall I thought this condo was an excellent choice.
Stellar views and A location!!!Short walk to a beautiful beach and great snorkeling spots.However, the actual unit is outdated and needs a major refreshment. I would start with removing a 30 year-old stereo player. For me, location with a beautiful ocean view and ease of access to the beach is more important and I can overlook that the unit is old and needs new doors, carpet, kitchen, and furniture. However, my significant other would rather stay in an updated clean unit, but would sacrifice on the location. Reader, you choose what’s more important for you when deciding where to book. Unfortunately, we also encounter some roaches inside which made us very uncomfortable while at the unit and for the rest of the trip. We were debating if we should share this in our review, but we felt it’s only fair that potential clients are aware of the risks and we are honest. We understand that things like this may happen sporadically at any rental place, but it doesn’t help that it was us who had to encounter that during our most extensive vacation we ever had..The unit manager was very apologetic and very supportive and offered to relocate us immediately to another unit. He was also gracious to offer us a complimentary late check out on our last day of rental. In conclusion, this unit would be an outstanding place to rent after it is treated (which I am sure is done by now) and also after the unit is updated-remodeled inside.
I liked that all fees included up front-no additional parking and WiFi fees. Fast checkin, incredible view from lanai and living room and lift. Large bedrooms, everything you need for cooking except cooking oil. Only disappointment was no beach chairs and umbrella. Owner was reliable and communication was excellent. He was able to accommodate a last second change in schedule for us. By changing us to a similar room. That was the reason we did not have beach equipment so not their fault. All in all 5 star experience
Nice and clean and you cannot ask for a better spot on Maui
We stayed for 8 nights for Thanksgiving. It was perfect. The view is incredible, right on the ocean. We watched turtles in the water and saw a number of surfers. The only complaint we had was it’s a hard place to leave. We would stay forever if we could. Thank you Russell and Matthew. We will be back.
We had an excellent vacation at the condo. Beautiful view, very nice accommodations, AC worked well. Beach was perfect for grandchildren, ages 3 to 12. Very good snorkeling - we saw many turtles and lots of fish. It’s a bit of a rocky walk to beach but not really too hard except a bit for my 70 yr old husband. The 1st time he wore sandals, after that he wore his athletic shoes and that was much easier. The condo also had boogie boards. 😀
This is a great location! The best turtle snorkeling in Maui just out your door (rocky entrance but totally doable and safe), a beach around the corner (3 minute walk Napili Beach), The Gazebo (3 minute walk - best breakfast ever) and the best snorkeling on the island a 10-minute drive near Kapalua (this is where the snorkeling boats go).
The condo is great with ocean views and well equipped with umbrellas, chairs and beach equipment. It is a quiet complex without all the noise of the big resorts. It comfortably sleeps four and if someone wants to sleep on a pull out coach it could fit six. It also has air conditioning although we did not need it.
The only thing we would change is the bed was a bit soft for us, but we like hard beds so I would not let that stop you from renting this place.
This was our 3rd visit to Napili Point - our 2nd in C15
