Wonderful place. Such a great location!
Great location near a popular beach with great views right front the unit. The unit was very clean, which is tough when you are so close to the beach. Generally a comfortable place to stay, although all the doors are slatted (not uncommon for Hawaii) but it does not cut out much sound, so if you are traveling with young children or people sensitive to noise, it can be a bit of an issue. Not a dealbreaker, but made sleeping more of a challenge for our 2 young children.
Excellent property near the ocean. The bay nearby was wonderful. The apartment was clean, had plenty of toiletries, and the location was great. Enjoyed!
The unit itself is beautiful and clean, with easy access and convenience to everything we enjoy in Maui. The cross breezes in this corner unit were divine. Check in/out is simple and independent. Unit has washer/dryer and we appreciated that! Well stocked and very good condition kitchen, as well. Sliders a little difficult to use, and twin bed was hard. The structure itself has very thin walls (e.g., can loudly hear the upstairs units and when they run their water) and the property management does not seem to enforce quiet hours (?) as rowdy kids (we have kids ourselves) from other parties were making a whole lot of noise around the properties by 6:45am and waking everyone up till about 9:30am when they quieted or departed. This unit is right by the road, so there is a lot of traffic noise, but closing the windows helps to cancel the noise. Thank you for a nice stay.

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. My family and I highly recommend this condo and will try to book through them again!
Loved the unit and the location...Napili is beautiful! Would stay here again! Only negative is the parking was not close to the unit so bringing in groceries and luggage was a bit of a walk for 2 family members with knee issues. But overall, loved it!
It was amazing! Would definitely like to come back.

We’re wrapping up our 2 week stay with 4 adults and 2 teens (ages 13 and 16). Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I would like to point out a few things:
- AC has an owner lock that would not let us go below 72 degrees. 72 was not comfortable for our group and we had crappy sleep the first couple of nights. We requested the management company override the lock and lower it to 70. At first they said no, but I pleaded with them and they finally said yes. When they came, they adjusted 1 thermostat in the main living area, but not the bedrooms. I had to call them again to come back and lower the temps in the bedrooms. By night 3 we got the temps comfortable. At times the AC struggled to stay at 70.
- the property is advertised as sleeping 6, but 2 have to sleep on the sleeper sofa. Our 2 teens tried it one night and did not find the sleeper sofa comfortable.
Things we liked:
- Love the ground floor access
- Great views of lanai and sunsets
- management company was responsive
- Beach chairs and umbrella were handy
Very nice and clean stay with comfortable beds and even comfortable sofa bed. Ocean view and ocean sound.
The unit was perfect for my family. Had all the convivences of home. Would book to stay again in this unit at Napili Point!
The living area was nicely furnished, but otherwise this place was a disappointment. We had tons of issues: flooded kitchen, broken fridge, leaky toilet, broken garbage disposal.
