Such a comfortable cozy apartment home, more than your typical studio rental. This place has local vintage flare and felt like we were staying in a family members home. It was much larger than appeared in photos, beautifully decorated and furnished with everything that you could possibly need. We wished we could have stayed longer!
The condo is comfortable and clean with access to a nice pool. Close to restaurants, coffee shop and a grocery store that came in very handy. Beautiful beach in walking distance. Overall had an amazing trip and enjoyed our stay in Napili!
Location to beach was great . Can walk to three beaches within 7 to 25 mins . I wished they did not have all that carpet in unit . My allergies was very bad and I couldn’t find an air purifier at the stores and if I got one can’t log that large unit home . I would recommend wood laminate floors to limit the dust from carpet and rugs in hallway and bathrooms . Would make it more comfortable . We propped the foldable wooden table up on how it is on the units pics online . The table just collapsed and really startled scared us . We had every intention to clean it up after we got back from our booked whale watching tour .We received a message from management practically accusing us we did this on purpose “ saying “ this is unacceptable , you will be assessed a fine “ I will not use my hands to pick up shattered glasses pieces on floor from plates and glasses shattering all over . I wished they would think it through before automatically assuming which put a damper on our stay . They didn’t charge us for the table mishap but that was not called for.
This was a great place for me and my friend to stay for our conference. We were only 6 miles from the conference hotel. But we had the pleasure of living like a local instead of a hotel guest. Within walking access to beach, coffee shop, and places to eat. Plan to return.
the place was clean and comfortable. It was just like it looked on the add, the bed was a true king bed. My wife were verry comfortable for the two weeks we stayed there.
Nice place to stay, comfortable bed. The A/C cooled off the rooms very fast, although we love having the hawaiian breeze go through on cooler days. Kitchen was well stocked with most pans and utensils that we needed.
My 3 friends and I had a wonderful time here. Perfect location and we had everything we needed :)
The location is perfect for a short walk to the Napili and Kapalua beaches. The drive to Black Rock was about 15 minutes. Reserved parking at the condo was nice. The neighbors were friendly. The evening quiet time was appreciated. Hosts were attentive and answered our questions quickly.
Very good location, close to the Napili and Kapalua beaches. Kapalua beach is the sight to see, very-very nice, can get busy during the day, but we were always able to find free parking spot and place at the beach. Napili plaza and Honolulu store are not too far and you can get there most of what you need.
Apartment also has beach accessories, like chairs, bogie boards, etc, which is very convenient. Very good option for this price range.

This condo is a well stocked gem, with everything you need. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Directions were clear and hosts were very gracious. Would love to come back!
This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to kapalua. A 5 minute walk to the beach and Christy’s condo provided all the amenities needed for us to enjoy our trip! If anything came up we needed help on, Christy was able to provide service the day of :)
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. We were prepared that there’d be stairs to navigate so be sure you are too! The location can’t be beat if you enjoy the Napili area. The unit had all the basics you’d need for a week long stay and we’d definitely book again.
The wall light switch in the kitchen does not work,
Needs to be replaced.
Instructions on how to use the tv would have been helpful. Also the switch in the kitchen needs to be replaced, the remote for the kitchen fan/light was not around and the florescent light over the sink is inadequate.
Otherwise, the kitchen was full equipped and was a joy to use, the balcony was very pleasant as a breakfast nook, the location was convenient, the washer dryer was a godsend.
The owner was so helpful, always immediately returned email answers. She even called to help me figure something out. I loved the closet full of beach equipment to use. The condo had everything we would need. It was decorated nicely, air conditioned and super clean. We loved it.
In the last review from Paul A, I certainly would have passed knowing there were cockroaches. IMHO, roaches are not cute, but disgusting. And they are not a Maui thing, but more an unclean person thing. I counted 20 from babies to granddads. My biggest concern was them getting into suitcases.
With that said, in my opinion, they were "visiting" roaches. This unit was clean and well kept. As someone borrowing the property, we did our part as well to keep dishes washed, countertops cleaned, and the floor mop. In the 10 days, we had a few each day, that seemed to be exploring. Someone in building is not clean. But I feel the owners are doing their best to manage it. It wasn't a bad as my first concerns.
Unless you have a phobia for them, I wouldn't just discount this property as an option. You could just as easily find them anywhere at any price point. And other than that, this place was perfect, by every means.
It is a really nice size. It was very comfortable, and easy to sleep. It was very quiet the entire time. Other than food, if you need anything, you just need to open doors and cabinets, and you'll likely find it.
The location was a little hard to find via GPS. There were 3 separate entrances, and this was the third. The units are not logically numbered. After being up for 23 hours, I am sure part of the issue was me. After you get settled in, the location is great.
The only other dislike is the property manager, who lacks some guest relations experience.

Everything about this condo was great. The king bed was way comfortable. All the water toys were great.
Loved the apartment and all it's amenities and our hosts were incredibly considerate. Word to the wise, if you arrive at nighttime the screen door is difficult to see through and you may have trouble seeing the unit number, as well as the key lock box. The screen door is unlocked and you can pull it open, though if you don't have this information, it might be tough to figure out, especially at nighttime after a day of travel.
Very nice place but they forgot to mention that we had to climb up and down 15 steps to get to the property which was inconvenient with all the baggage.
We could not find extra mattresses on our first night as they did not specify where it was kept. The owner gave us a $100 refund which was very kind of them.
Loved the location and convenience of all the restaurants & beaches.

The apartment had everything we needed, lots of towels, toilet paper, cleaning stuff etc. The kitchen is well equipped, selection of spices and oils is impressive, although we did not have a chance to cook much. We used beach chairs, which were very comfortable and in good condition. The mattress is extremely comfortable, I believe it is a “don’t disturb” type. The AC in the bedroom is on a louder side, but not too bad, ear plugs can fix it for a light sleeper.
