Just a perfect little place for us. Nothing amiss and we were very happy .
It was awesome! The birds will serenade you at 0530, but it is short, then they get quiet again. I loved it. The view from the deck is great. Amazing sunsets. Quick access to the beach. Lovely home. Easy for 4 of us. Great location. Napili Bay is my favorite.
Expected a room with view of the ocean. Our unit faced the adjacent resort. To see the ocean. You needed to go outside down the sidewalk turn to the left, turn right, go down the steps and out thru the gate. Then you see the view in the listing. Nice welcoming package but doesnt make up for lack of view. Also tried contacting owner about a late departing time, phone call, texts only to not hear back. Also the information from the owner on how to get to the property had the wrong address. Instead of Hui Drive they had Hui Road of which there were multiple, causing us to spend an extra hour to locate.
Property is centrally located on Nāpili Beach but does not have pool or grassy area.
Unit #112 is extremely dated with underperforming refrigerator (won’t even keep ice frozen) broken dishwasher, cockroaches, overcrowded dresser, closet and bathroom cabinet with no room for personal items. Does not have in unit laundry. There is a certain “aroma” that wafts in through louvre windows most of the day.
Our stay included a leaking kitchen drain and we were told to do dishes in bathroom sink:((
The units at the front of property include a beautiful view of ocean but this side unit has a narrow patio with a view of plywood wall that is quite claustrophobic with no where to escape to unless always on beach.
I asked owner for 2 day compensation due to inability to cook and cited unsanitary conditions and she has not responded. The lack of integrity is shocking.
I do not recommend this unit.
My husband, two boys (7 and 9) and I had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic and the unit was cozy with a nice little view. We had a welcome basket upon arrival and everything we needed. Thanks for the stay!
Nice but small - like a hotel room but the full kitchen was handy. Quite literally on the beach!! Lots of beach stuff to use - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. Bed and couch were both very comfortable.
No A/C. A bit noisy due to thin walls plus I could hear the people above me walking around. While there is a small deck with chairs and a table - it’s really crowded and too hot to sit outside.
Although the unit is just a studio, it has everything and its right on the beach. The unit is also supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, as well as kids toys. Great Value !!
Napili Bay was the perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday. The island breeze, the incredible view of the bay from our back porch, and the sounds of the birds in the trees made our stay a most memorable one. The studio condo is so conveniently located just steps away from the beach and comes equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ten beautiful days and nights in paradise!
We had a great stay at Napili bay, loved being so close to the beach that we could hear the ocean all night! The location is perfect, and walking distance to the Kapalua coastal trail and nearby Honokeana Bay for snorkeling with turtles (my favorite part!). Well-maintained condo with everything we needed, including some beach gear (umbrella, chairs, floats) which were much appreciated. Lots of parking. The only thing I didn’t love was the walls are kind of thin, and with no real way to close windows (they’re all screens) it was easy to hear loud neighbors conversations, etc. That’s not the fault of the owner, just how the place is built. Overall a great place and would love to come back for another stay here!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Napili Bay Resort unit 112, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience.
The location of Napili Bay Resort is simply stunning. Situated right on the beautiful Napili Bay, I had direct access to one of the most picturesque and serene beaches I've ever seen. The crystal-clear turquoise waters and soft golden sand made for the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I enjoyed long walks along the shoreline and spent hours lounging under the shade of palm trees, taking in the peaceful atmosphere.
The accommodations provided were top-notch. The unit I stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare meals whenever I wanted. The private balcony offered breathtaking ocean views, and I loved sipping my morning coffee while listening to the sound of the waves.
I would highly recommend booking a stay to all of my family and friends!
