This unit is located at an amazing location where it includes lots of amenities that makes the stay so much more convenient and enjoyable! Definitely recommend!

Our unit had ocean views on both sides and we were literally five steps away from the beach. The unit itself was clean and fully stocked and I was able to call for help as needed. I would love to come here again!
We really enjoyed our stay at Nani Kai Hale. This complex is centrally located on Maui making it very efficient to drive anywhere on the island for sightseeing and shopping. We also found its residents and guests to be a very friendly and welcoming. The beachfront is stunning, long and very quiet, great for walks and watching the sunset. Parking was extremely easy and always available at this complex. Overall a great little spot to enjoy Maui!

This condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked for a week of relaxation! Right on Sugar Beach - beautiful walks and wading. Great location to get anywhere and everywhere on the island.
Clean, well kept, ideal and quiet location.
The property description was accurate. The unit was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with all needed amenities. Linens were nice as well. It's in a great location in Kihei, near Sugar Beach, a great bakery/coffee shop, farm market stand and shave ice place just a short walk away. We appreciated the couple of beach towels and beach chairs, although with 2 small children we didn't get to relax in those chairs much! It would have been really great if there was a foldable beach umbrella to use as well - we saw so many people on the beach with one and were really wishing we had some portable shade for the kids. Not necessary, but definitely would have been nice. Email and phone communication with property management company was smooth however we were given the wrong code to the pool gate on our check-in info email and even after a couple phone calls when we were at the property, we still didn't get the correct code and had to ask a random person that happened to be in the pool for the code. The code we were given was not even remotely close to the correct code. Luckily the few residents/rental property owners we met were all very nice and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this Nani Kai Hale property!
We loved everything about this condo!! The location was central to exploring all of Maui. It was only about 15 minutes from the airport too. We enjoyed having direct access to Sugar Beach from the property and spent many mornings and evenings just watching the ocean and listening to the waves. The property has nice lounge chairs, a barbecue area, and a small refreshing pool. The condo also supplied beach chairs and an umbrella so you could sit directly on the beach. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed to cook a meal and the towels were good quality too. We enjoyed having two bathrooms as well - a his and hers! This part of Kihei is not over crowded, so walking on the beach was always very peaceful. The communication and information from My Perfect Stays was excellent, and if we come back to Maui, we would search properties that they manage if this property is not available. We would definitely stay at this condo again. It was a very memorable holiday for us on Maui!!
Will definitely book this condo again if we return to Maui. Only complaint is we didn't stay long enough! :-) I came with a full kitchen compliments - pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. All we had left to do was stock the fridge. Our patio opened up to a nice view of the Pacific and sunrise. What an enjoyable stay!
