My family of 4 stayed here for almost a week. The property is absolutely beautiful, and has a well kept garden and pool that my kids loved. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet gated subdivision, but close enough to Kona shopping and dining.I literally had only 2 very small issues. The ice maker on the fridge is NOT clean, so we ended up making ice using the filtered water pitcher and ice cube trays. We were also only able to find one tub drain plug to use between both tubs, which ended up being a minor inconvenience.Despite this, our experience was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the Kona area.
This Property was amazing! I have been to Kona 4 times and this was my favorite house. When you walk out to the backyard, it’s like your own little mini paradise of Hawaii. The landscaping and the pool is what did it for me.The pool is not heated but it was warm most of the days. One thing I really appreciated is all the doors that lead to the outside pool area have child locks, which is most important to me since I have a five year-old grandson.
We had the best time in this house. We loved getting up early and sitting by the pool to drink coffee. We also loved having the outdoor grill and the huge yard. The house was plenty big enough for families and was clean. Even with other houses close by it felt very private and quiet. We will definitely rent this property again.
Great location and quiet neighborhood
This lovely home is located in a quiet residential area but close to Kona. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the pool. The property was equipped with everything you need. We would definitely come back.
We fell in love with this beautiful home. The house had everything we needed during our stay. Towels, linens and a plenty of pots & pans. Our absolute favorite place to be however was the backyard. Whether it be sunning ourselves by the pool or enjoying
the lush gardens listening to birds it was
We stayed for two weeks, as I was taking part in the Ironman race this October.
The property was very clean and well-stocked with the essentials.
The kitchen was great with everything needed to make meals as neccessary. I had seen some reviews that the oven was difficult to use, but this wasn't a problem for us, the oven seemed very new and hi-tech (who needs their oven to have Wifi?).
The garage was also well-stocked with pool / beach toys which were really great for the two young children we had with us.
The only problem we had was that the dishwasher didn't seem to work, but when I emailed the vendor thay sent a handyman the same day to fix it.
All in we had a wonderful stay. The location is great in a beautiful, quiet place with easy access to Kailua.
I was so relaxed staying here. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I relaxed pool side and read a lot of books. Totally chill, perfect!

Exactly as the pictures showed--perfect for our group of 6! Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of pool toys as well.
My family and I stayed for a week at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and they were kind enough to let us check in early since our flight arrived in the morning. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The pool is nice, a little outdated but still nice to have. The beds weee comfortable and the house was well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for one week. The house was clean and very well equipped to fit our needs. Great location. Backyard is absolutely beautiful, we spent a lot of our time out there!
The house and pool were wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet. With a house like this is very easy to get into vacation mode
We had a wonderful stay. Pictures are accurate and house is beautiful. Very spacious. Great location. Very well equipped kitchen, pool floats, and more. Soooo many beautiful birds and flowers and very safe neighborhood. We will definitely return!
This house was perfect for our family of four!! Location in a private neighborhood close to town was great. The lanai/pool/yard is amazing. We used the grill and kitchen to make many of our meals at the house. The concierge provided with the rental (David) reached out before our trip and helped us book several activities. His recommendations helped us make the best selections and make the most use of our time on the island. Would highly recommend!

We loved the location and outdoor space. The home could use a refresh: rusty kitchen drain, cheap faucet that could not dispense cold water, bathroom fan not working. Spacious interior but odd layout for the space. The bed was comfortable. There are no blinds on master patio door. The sheer curtains didn’t adequately block the light. Master bathroom and closet offered plenty of storage. Strangely there is no shelf in the shower stall for bath products. We enjoyed our stay overall.
