Great place to stay! Loved the location, all the amenities. Beds are comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat:)
The place was very nice with lots of supplies we were very happy with it.
The condo was just as advertised and described. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle but yet close enough to access everything we needed. We appreciated all the beach equipment and cooler. The evening sunsets were perfection and we enjoyed seeing the 4th of July fireworks from the condo.
The house had everything the website said it would and actually had nice pot, pans and other kitchen stuff. Usually that stuff is like cast offs from their “real” home, but I enjoyed cooking at this rental. My husband enjoyed the grill and our young adult kids enjoyed the dishwasher lol. The beds were fine and it was nice to have living room furniture that’s not wicker in an island setting for once. The location was great for all we had planned (night manta ray snorkeling was amazing). There were lots of great suggestions in the binders provided and the beach closet full of hats, umbrellas, random flippers and such came in handy a few times. The pool/hot tub was a 2 min walk and was never crowded while we were there. We would recommend this place to friends or family. We stayed 9 nights and had a great time. Condo is fully stocked. Beach closet is a huge bonus. Sunsets beautiful.
My husband and I stayed for 7 nights for a last-minute getaway. It's always nerve-wracking to choose places on short notice. Denise was very responsive in answering our questions before and throughout the stay. Everything was as described, and there were no unexpected surprises. We didn't need all of the space with just the two of us, but we were delighted to have it for the week. While we spent much of our time exploring the island, we also enjoyed slow mornings and evenings sitting on the lanais, reading and simply enjoying the surrounding beauty. We will miss the cheerful, curious little geckos that would appear from time-to-time. The home is located very conveniently and with gorgeous views and was outside of the crowded downtown area. It was very well stocked with cookware and outdoor items. The "beach/outdoor," shared closet has many items for island adventures, such as beach chairs/towels, snorkeling gear, and an insulated lunch bag. Be sure to check the host-provided list before packing. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and host. The only downside, truly, was that our time had to end.
Nicely equipped condo for a week on the Big Island. Loved the sunset views from the lanai off the master bedroom. We utilized the snorkeling gear and beach chairs on most days, and the nearby shopping complex made groceries easy.
The condo's location was great for exploring the island. The condo was roomy, comfortable, and fully equipped. We were pleased with the great condition of the kitchen appliance, cookware, etc. (this isn't the case in many other condos which we have stayed in)
We were also pleased so many items in what we called "the beach closet"....towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sun hats, etc. It was so nice to "not" have to purchase those items to use.
The owners were great communicators. They gave us ideas of where to go & what to see. (via emails & binders/books in their condo) Regarding condo/facility use: We knew exactly what was expected of us, and their instructions were easy to follow.
The pool/hot tub for the gated community was always well-kept.

This home has everything you would ever need from kitchen appliances and utensils to everything you could possibly want for a wonderful fun day at the beach. It is centrally located for shopping and dining. If you stay here you will have a great vacation.
What we appreciated most about this property was that we literally just had to show up. After 16 hours of flights, the last thing we wanted to do was make a "quick stop" to get essentials, and Denise made sure that wasn't necessary. Literally everything we needed was there.
This property was a perfect location for us as it was just outside the craziness of historic Kona, but close enough to get there easily if we wanted. Also a very short walk to grocery, drug store, and my new favorite coffee shop, Clover and Mug!
The complex and unit were quiet and peaceful with amazing views from the balcony. The unit was also a very short walk to the pool.
A friend from high school and I spent a week in your incredibly well appointed condo. Check in was super easy. The condo was totally provisioned from a well stocked kitchen to the water sports equipment. These owners have thought of everything! They clearly care about your comfort in their home. Well Done!!! Wonderful property with all of the things you need to make your time on the Big Island a great experience! Lots of extras with a fully loaded kitchen, beach toys/cooler, maps, etc. Ready to come back for another stay!
Easy to get to, clean, well-stocked, and host was extremely responsive and helpful. This trip was mainly a dive trip and I met my adult son for several days of diving for a Mother’s Day trip. We enjoyed the lanai/patio during both our morning coffee and dinners. We could see and hear the ocean waves and the grounds were well maintained, and full of fragrant flowers, trees, and bushes. The condo was extremely spacious and had many amenities!
We would not hesitate to return to Kona or rent this property. It was easily accessible and close to a variety of activities without feeling we were in the middle of the busy traffic of the center of town.
Very close to both a grocery, many dining spots and a few farmer/art markets as well!
