Wonderful stay! Would happily go back!
The house really is beautiful, as is the community where it is located. Being near the Mauna Lani and the Fairmont is very convenient. Our group loved the Pauoa Beach Club, especially since it was so close. The Mauna Lani beach was also nice, but with Pauoa Beach right there, no one felt the need to go elsewhere. Property management is very helpful. Everyone in our group of eight agreed we would gladly stay here again.

This home was perfectly set up for our family. Gave everyone the right amount of privacy and at the same time the gathering spaces were perfect. Well appointed with everything we could ask for. The location was amazing with easy access to the beach, pool, dinner, golf, hiking, etc.
The management team was easy to work with and very responsive.
We would definitely book again the next time we are on the Big Island.
The property was just as listed. Well kept, pretty, comfortable. We especially loved the pod style and feeling of outdoor living. Kate, the property manager, made check-in a breeze and she was available and responsive to any questions we had. GEM was a fun addition and garage was stocked with sand toys, beach chairs, bikes (bring your helmets) and snorkel gear. Association pool is close by and lovely. You can walk 15-20 minutes down the beach to the Mauna Lani Resort, and The Fairmont Orchid is just thru the association pool gate. Only thing we wish was that all the bedrooms had king beds - one had 2 doubles which would be great for singles or children, but we were 3 couples. Bottom line is - we would definitely rent this house again - and wouldn’t hesitate to rent another from Kai.
Very nice home with plenty of amenities. Enjoyed riding the beach cruiser bikes. A great way to explore the nearby resorts and beaches.
The check in process was very easy and the property managers were awesome. We received a nice welcome gifts that we enjoyed all week.
Cannot recommend the property enough. Everything was perfect. Easy access to beach and multiple beach clubs. Perfect set up for a larger group to enjoy Hawaii. We hope to be back soon!
When I go back to Kona I would love to stay in this house again. The house is amazing very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are big and comfortable with a large closet and a amazing bathroom with a big tub to relax in. The pool and hot tub are wonderful.
The property manager were wonderful and very helpful . This is a house you will not regret staying in.

Our stay at Na Hale was just as wonderful as we were hoping. The house and grounds are gorgeous and the location was perfect for our group. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked for the budding chefs in our group. There is an ample supply of beach chairs, snorkel gear, bicycles, etc. The only suggestion I have is to add a heater to the pool as the water was so cold most of us wouldn’t use it.
