The property was great, modern, clean the temperature up on the hill was great, kept the windows open every night and it was perfect. The sounds of the wild life was relaxing. Good location close to town, good communication from host. Cant ask for more.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in great shape and the small issues we had Gordon resolved right away. Although our kids are older, the house was well set up for little kids.

This home was well equipped for our stay. We like to cook in and the kitchen had what we needed! The lanai and the views of the ocean and sunsets were really awesome. Location is a little interesting but you definitely feel like you're in the tropics with lots of birds and creatures making sounds in the night. The cow and the rooster added to the experience. Only complaint was the yapping dogs at the neighbors house. We also appreciated the beach gear - cooler, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards. Overall a very nice home and I would recommend it!
Gordon’s house is a very good size for 6 people. The view and sunsets were delightful. We had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. I liked all the updated appliances.
We would stay here again. My husband and I thought the beds were a little too soft but my daughter and husband had no complaints.
We had trouble with a TV but there were three of them and two were sufficient for our enjoyment.
Mehallo Gordon. The house is equally situated between Kona and some very nice beaches.
Everything you need is here and you're only a 10 min drive to Kona. Beautiful property in the hills just above town. They had toys for the kids, all the beach gear needed, and a fully stocked kitchen.
It was a great stay. Clean house, nice views, close to downtown kona and the beach. Plenty of room for the family.
Clean, quiet and a central location with beautiful sunset views. The perfect elevation for day time sun and cooler evenings for sleeping. AC is not needed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The owner was prompt to answer any questions and friendly.
