The property was well-maintained and came with everything you could possibly need to feel like this was a home away from home. We came as a family, and every person was delighted by something—my husband and I appreciated the well-stocked spice shelf, my kids loved the beach equipment, and we all enjoyed the games!
Our family enjoyed our time here in Kapalua. It was a very calm peaceful location. Close pools and a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend!
We had an incredible stay at this villa. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and it's close to stores, restaurants, and the Montage spa, making everything so convenient. The villa, recently remodeled in 2021, is spotlessly clean with a modern, stylish feel, offering plenty of space for our group of six. The layout is terrific, with comfortable beds and tons of towels and linens, ensuring we never ran out. The host, Katerina, was fantastic, always quick to respond and so caring, even giving us great local tips like the best snorkeling spots and restaurants. The kitchen is a dream, fully equipped with everything you need, from an air fryer and blender to basic cooking supplies like oil and spices, making meal prep a breeze. The lanai was our favorite spot, with beautiful views of the golf course and monkey pod trees, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. They provided all the beach gear we could want, including chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, towels, a Yeti cooler, snorkeling equipment, and boogie boards, which made our beach days effortless and fun. Parking was easy too, a big plus in Maui. This place felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Maui.
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. In a place as beautiful as Maui, with so much to explore, that says a lot. It’s an absolutely perfect location with beautiful views, a stunning interior, and an attentive and fabulous host who was both responsive and accommodating. Everything you need is here—especially if you love to cook—but you are also by so many fantastic restaurants if want to explore. Perfect for families and groups. Every inch of this unit is gorgeous, down to the last detail. Can’t wait to return!
Our stay at Modern Hawaii at Kapalua Golf Villas was beyond amazing! From the stunning remodel to the spacious layout and breathtaking views, this place is pure magic.The open design, elegant hardwood floors, and two huge lanais made it feel like a dream. Watching golf carts roll by each morning was a daily highlight. The chef’s kitchen had everything we needed for home-cooked meals, making it super easy to settle in.The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, and Oneloa Bay for perfect beach days and snorkeling. And for golf lovers, you’re literally steps from Kapalua Golf Club!Amenities were top-notch—four heated pools, BBQ areas, and free parking made everything easy. Plus, amazing restaurants like Merriman’s, Sansei Sushi, and The Plantation House were just minutes away.Every detail is designed for comfort and relaxation. We usually stay on the beach, but this condo on the golf course was a lovely change of pace. The setting was peaceful, with breathtaking views of the trees, birds, and greens. The European furnishings were tasteful and elegant, adding to the overall charm of the space.The open floor plan was airy and fantastic, and the patio doors that fully open made the living area feel expansive and connected to the outdoors. We especially loved having two patios—one for morning sun and the other for afternoon relaxation.Katerina was wonderful—very helpful and responsive.
We have been going to Maui for over 35 years and this is THE BEST condo we have ever stayed in! Everything is new and updated! It is very clean and organized.The split AC units in every room is amazing! The host Katarina is wonderful and was available at all times if we needed anything. This condo has everything you need! We are already planning our next visit!
Everything about this villa was comfortable, beautiful and very functional. The view from the lanai includes the golf course, the bay and sunsets over Molokai. The built in coffee maker took a minute to figure out, but then provided custom cups of delicious drinks. And Katerina is an exceptional host, responsive to every question and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. My only suggestion is to prepare for a smaller oven than what most American kitchens use. We arrived with five hungry people and a huge pizza, which we had to cook in sections. Otherwise, you will have no worries in this exceptional property.
Within the village, it’s very close (<2 min walk) to two pools.
We had a great time during our stay. My wife and I brought our kids and her parents to Hawaii so we wanted something nicer with multiple rooms. The room with the two beds worked great for our kids and the in-laws enjoyed the lower level room and spent a lot of time on the lanai. We got a lot of use out of the single serving coffee maker! The host was very responsive when we had minor issues and accommodated our extra requests. Thank you so much for a great place to stay!
This was perfect for our family. Enough space for everyone to have their own down time, perfect spaces for hanging out as a family. The views and location are beautiful. The interior is very tastefully designed. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.
Excellent location, walking distance to convenience store, the Montage and Ritz. The host is very helpful. The unit is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with equipments and dishes. There is also a covered parking spot that comes with the unit, very convenient I would note that the unit is on the second floor so keep in mind there are external stairs.

This was our family of 6's first trip together to HI.
With 2 very tall teens and two 11 yr-olds, it was a bit difficult to find accommodations to suit everyone, but this location was perfect!
The home was clean, modern, relaxing and beautiful. In walking distance to 4 beaches. We also loved the pool right close by where we grilled dinner while boys swam and played. Also near by are many restaurants, shops, and a grocery. So very convenient.
We would absolutely return to this lovely home.
