Parking:
On-site parking garage with entrance on the Kuhio side of the building. Unlike large hotels, we offer FREE parking (a $50–$80 per day savings) and no resort fees.
Please note: the garage ramp clearance is 6 feet. Vehicles taller than 6 feet will not fit and will be turned away.
Recreation Deck (6th Floor):
Includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tubs, sauna, BBQ areas, tennis/basketball court, and a children’s play area.

The recreation deck is currently CLOSED for renovations and is scheduled not to reopen until MAY 11th, 2026... so the beach will be your "go to place for" water recreation or you can pay for a day pass to use the pool at a nearby hotel.
A family-friendly beach is located just 1.5 blocks away, perfect for swimming and water activities.

Beach Essentials
Your stay comes with all the essentials for a perfect beach day: an umbrella, beach towels, 2 boogie boards, 2 chairs, and a cooler bag for guest use. Please note: snorkel gear is not provided due to liability reasons. Any snorkel gear you find in the unit may have been left by previous guests.
Aloha from the Island
Having lived here our whole lives, we’ve seen that pests can occasionally appear—even in the highest-rated hotels, condos, malls, and yes, even rental cars! We have an amazing team who keeps our units clean and well maintained. We also schedule bi-monthly pest control to prevent any issues. While it’s extremely rare to encounter pests, they are part of the natural Hawaiian ecosystem. You can help us by disposing of leftover food daily to avoid attracting them.
Parking Pass
Please return your parking pass at the end of your stay. Replacement cost for lost passes is $250.
Building Rules & Quiet Hours
The Waikiki Banyan is a non-smoking building. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas away from the building. Please also respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. This includes no parties or events inside the unit or around the recreation areas. Following these rules ensures everyone has a safe and relaxing stay.
