We had a great time staying here. Lots of time spent on the patio staring out at the amazing view of the ocean. The communication was great and the condo was clean and had everything we needed.
We had a wonderful time staying, we love the amenities to the detail of decor of the unit & everything in between. Every morning Turtles come to rest on the shore of the beach on the property and it was exciting to see and photograph. This property was in a great location to many close by beaches, restaurants & shopping! The property management made us feel special by personally greeting & meeting us on arrival and followed up after night 1 with a text to see if we slept well, were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything, so great customer service touch! I would most definitely would stay here again, it made our trip comfortably and enjoyable!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The rental process was smooth and check in/out was simple. The beach to the right of the property is perfect for small children because it has a wall that breaks the waves. It is also really shallow. You can see turtles early each morning in this area too!
Condo Property inside could have been a little cleaner/neater.
Pots and pans had not been very well cleaned, or they just need to be replaced.
Overall, we had a great time.
Very comfortable. Easy beach access with a protected area with a breaker for swimming. Fast and friendly help to fix minor issues.
Picture is accurate but air conditioner was a blast furnace and literally could not sit on deck! Other wise the unit was great.
We had a wonderful stay. Everything you need to cook meals. The kitchen and throughout the condo was very clean and well taken care of. The concierge was very helpful and checked in to make sure everything was good.
Lots of extras like a cooler and beach chairs. Great view from the linai.
Enjoyed the pool area and bbq on the roof top. We even had turtles come to the beach in the evening!

This property was excellent. Close and convenient to the beach. Very easy access to any place we wanted to go. We were all comfortable . It was also very quiet.
The only little negative was the parking spaces were very narrow. But we just parked further away and got a few more steps in!
Lastly the check in process was difficult. My iPhone wouldn’t let me access them on-line form. It kept telling me it was dangerous. I called to let the rental company know. They just told me that it was not dangerous. That didn’t convince my phone. I was finally after about a half an hour able to by pass my phone’s protection and access the app and sign the agreements. It would have been a much easier process if I could have done it before I left home. We were tired and hot and my patience level wasn’t too great to put up with the issue. I think they should use a different process. What if we didn’t have a cell phone?
It also would have been nice to know before we got into the condo that the various keys to access the pool and roof top were in a bowl on the counter. We found them after a few minutes, but didn’t know that they were there until we looked.
So our issue was with the rental company, not the unit!
But once we got in, it was all lovely. We went to the roof every night to see the sun set. We had a great time!
Our stay was comfortable, and the unit was clean. The kitchen was stocked with required items for cooking full meals. We would consider staying at this location/unit again.
We were a little underwhelmed when we first drove into the parking lot. The outside of the building was nothing magical. Going into the unit we decided this place was going to be great. Awesome view, clean and cute/bright condo with everything we needed right there. The back of the condo is where the magic happens. The grounds are beautiful, the teens loved the pool, the beach access was awesome and the beach “pool” is amazing! We watched the turtles swim in in the evening and you cannot find a better sunset view. We BBQ’d on the rooftop 2 evenings, grills were spotless and worked great. Our one and only complaint was the a/c vent on the lanai felt like sitting next to a heater/blow dryer…but it was hard to complain about that when you step back inside to the nice cool a/c!! Overall our stay was spectacular, we will definitely be back! Kihei was great, not so resorty if that’s what you’re looking for…more like a California beach town with great restaurants and food trucks, we loved it!
