Overall I liked the condo. It’s in a great location and the beds are super comfy. Loved having a digital door code. On the flip side - the kitchen condiments were scarce. The AC in the guest bedroom worked wonderfully but the one in the main area and master bedroom didn’t get overly cold. The Vacasa team was extremely easy to work with and communication was great.
Beautiful condo.. easy access and room clean and all the info we needed was available. We’ve always stayed at Menehune shores, great property.
This location is amazing because you are so central. You are never more than an hour from any excursion you want to do. The condominium is really nice and has a nice beach as well. The only downside is this area is very windy
The good: There's a turtle resting wall right out front that's great for viewing turtles. The beach is nice and quiet. The view from the balcony is great. The rooftop and grills are also fantastic. Updated appliances and nice living space.
The bad: One shower was not working entirely and the other had a drain problem. They were able to fix the drain problem but the guest shower was out of order for our full stay. The carpets in the bedrooms need replacing. There also underwear on the floor in the master left behind from a prior guest, makes me question the cleaning depth.
Access was as described. A short walk on an outdoor walkway, but easy enough. The unit itself is surprisingly nice. AC was solid. Remote controls for virtually everything. The cookware is a bit worn, but everything worked. Pool was disapointingly closed the week we were there. Also.. the internet was not functional, and was never fixed despite making contact with vacasa support. There is a bit of a weak phone service in the area, so that could be an issue for some. But the views cant really be beat.

Really wonderful place to stay in Kihei. Great space and wonderful touches to help make our stay memorable. We did have some confusion about getting a second parking pass but beyond that had a wonderful time! Note that the parking lot can be a bit tight so I suggest a smaller rental car if possible.

Beautiful Oceanview, clean and comfortable but the kitchen was tiny and did not have a window.
This unit was perfect / nicely appointed, great location, nice pool and easy access to a small yet comfortable beach. I would definitely stay here again.
