We loved the location and view. Close to everything. Facilities were nice.
Property has a nice location with a nice view of the ocean. The air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom could not keep up with the heat of the day. The air inthe front bedroom would make them room go down to the low 60s

Had a wonderful view. The place was clean and as described. Conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The furnishings and fixtures weren’t top notch but it was what we expected from the photos.
The sunsets from the lanai are so beautiful!!! Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location in Kihie is perfect and so easy to drive to all areas of the island. We will be back!!!
Communication with manager was good early and poor late. Massive storm on third night of stay that damaged roads and structures may have impacted
We were attracted to this unit due to advertising this was a, “freshly remodeled penthouse”! While is is on the top floor of 6 story complex and does have a good view, calling it a penthouse is a stretch! In reality it is a typical 2 bed 2 bath circa 1975 condo! The unit had tired furniture and infrastructure as noted by the backup of our kitchen sink our second day requiring us to waste en entire day meeting with repair personnel! Oddly enough, the repair of a glogged drain resulted in the removal of garbage disposal that was functioning approximately This will be a problem for future guests! The grounds have an on site restaurant that is Indian themed! Lunch and dinner only is served! Only 4 lounge chairs on the lawn and all were chained together; obviously if one was being used the other three would have to stay all chained together m! Beach is attractive from a distance but is very rocky and not swimming friendly. The TV remote did not work and apparently this was known as the repair folks tried to fix it upon our arrival! It has a small pool filled with children and no umbrellas! My husband and I discussed it, if offered the same property in the future for half price, we would decline!
We have stayed all over maui. This is the best unit yet. We will definitely be back to this unit. Everything was perfect and the views spectacular. Communication was great Everything was Amazing

The balcony overlooking the ocean, mountains and beach was awesome.
Great location, probably best in Kihei. Condo was clean and updated just as listing said. Pictures were accurate. View was incredible. The property was well taken care of and had adequate amenities. Sea turtles on the beach every morning. Having the breakwater around the beach kept the waves to a minimum except for peak wave time 12p-5p.

Nice condo, worked very well for our needs. Has a beautiful view of the ocean. Comfortable bed, and a good Indian resturant on property. Property Manager was very responsive. Had trouble getting the door code but I was just technically challaged and they walked me through where it was. Garbage disposal was not working but sure that was just jammed up from the previous renters. Great place to stay.
Located in Kihei and close to everything, my family and I spent an unforgettable week in Maui.
The unit had great ocean views as described and had all the amenities listed.
Communication with Malinee was almost instantaneous and she responded patiently and quickly even at nights and the weekend.
The property is close (walking distance ) to stores, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
It is close to perfect. Our only real challenge was the bathroom...the tub is fairly old and the drain didnt drain properly. The tub would collect water as we showered.
The fixtures were a bit dated but functioned properly.
I do have to mention that this unit has three AC, all of them worked very well. There is a unit in each bedroom and one in the living room. While the cross breeze and fans were great, it still got very hot especially in the afternoon so we had to turn on the ACs to feel comfortable.
Overall, we would highly recommend this unit to families looking to enjoy a vacation in Maui.
This place was beautiful and well equipped with the essential. Windy in the afternoon but this was welcoming given a day in the sun and relaxing on the lanai. Turtles were spotted ever day and wind surfers👍
Right on the beach, great sunsets! Malinee is great to work with, very prompt and helpful with any questions.
The view from the condo is amazing and the evening cross-breeze is so inviting. Rooftop grill is the perfect spot for a sunset dinner. 2 adult couples fit comfortably. Communication with property manager was excellent. As other reviews have noted, check out is at 10 am, not 11 as stated on the VRBO listing.
This unit was as described and perfect for our family of 3. The property manager was very attentive and responsive. We also loved the multiple beaches to choose from right outside our door, and enjoyed all the turtle sightings. We would stay there again if ever back in Maui!
Beautiful views from patio deck, has everything you need for your stay. The only complaint is the check out time, VRBO shows 11:00, but the instructions in the condo say 10:00.
