This was our second time staying at this townhouse, and we hope to come again. It worked very well for our group--4 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 10). It is very well equipped--it may be the best equipped place we ever stayed. Great location with easy walk to pool, and nice view on the lanai where we ate all our meals on the outside table. The owner was very responsive when we had a slight problem with the refrigerator. Five stars.
We enjoyed are stay here with our family very much! We hope to come back again! It is a very beautiful home and community.

Our host Wendi was so attentive. We appreciate her sharing her wonderful home. If you are looking for a relaxing place to unwind or a base camp for adventure we would recommend this property. Mauna Lani beach club is the best for families, especially the kids. We would stay here again without even a thought!
The location was wonderful and the house was situated with everything we needed to be comfortable. The AC kept the house cool and the kitchen was fully functional having everything we needed to make meals at home. It is also equipped with everything we needed for beach days. 5 Stars !!!! Our family spent five nights at Fairways at Mauna Lani. It was amazing. The condo is very nice with all the amenities you'll need. They even have everything for the beach as well: beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella, coolers, etc. All the beds were very comfortable. We also loved spending mornings on the lanai listening to the birds.
However, the best thing, in my opinion was access to the Mauna Lani beach club. A short 5 min drive gets you to a private-access parking lot within a few steps of the beach. The are cabanas available (first come, first served) and many lounge chairs too. The beach offers nice white sand and plenty of shade. One bonus that we weren't expecting was the snorkeling was excellent. You just have to get outside of the main swimming area to the left and the water is clear with lots of coral/fish.
I highly recommend staying here. Wendi was great to deal with and the condo was even better than the pictures indicate. Oh, the pool/hot tub area at the condo was great as well. We often had it to ourselves.

My stay at this stunning VRBO property in the Fairways of Mauna Lani was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the beautiful townhome, I was enveloped in luxury and comfort.
The spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome felt like a private oasis nestled within the picturesque Fairways of Mauna Lani. The location, set between the 4th and 12th fairways of the Mauna Lani North Golf Course, offered breathtaking views and a serene ambiance. Plus, being just 25 minutes from Kona International Airport made it incredibly convenient.
The interior was exquisite. The kitchen, a chef's dream with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and fully equipped for any culinary adventure, made cooking a delight. And the lanai, with its Viking grill and stunning view of the 12th fairway, provided the perfect backdrop for morning coffees and evening sunsets.
The main floor's master suite was a highlight—a spacious retreat with a king-sized bed, huge master bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the lanai. Upstairs, the cozy bedrooms were beautifully furnished with comfortable queen and twin beds, ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring.
Beyond the townhome's elegance, the amenities at the complex were exceptional. The large pool, complete with a waterfall and a hot tub, offered relaxation and leisure. For those inclined towards fitness, the fully equipped exercise room was a boon. Can't wait to return!!
