Property Description

A204 is a spacious, two-story, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa just steps from the beach, offering spectacular ocean views. As one of the only two-level Terrace villas, it provides ample space for the entire family with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive oceanfront vistas.

The lower level features a large lanai with a wet bar, perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying stunning sunsets. Inside, a generous kitchen and living area provide comfortable spaces to relax when not at the beach or nearby world-class restaurants. This level also includes a bedroom with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Upon request at the time of booking, the twin beds can be converted into a king.

Upstairs, a loft-style second living room separates two private bedrooms, each with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and its own ocean-view lanai—offering ideal privacy and comfort.

**Guests of A204 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities.
