Super location in Kihei made it easy to walk across to the beach, drive to West Maui, Lahaina, and to the airport area. Communication with our host was excellent—they provided all the info we needed before arrival and clear instructions on checkout. We particularly loved our balcony and its view. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware , but those pesky teaspoons do tend to disappear.
Check-in was easy and across the street from the beach, which made for a great view. The location was great and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Aside from some construction going on almost every morning on the condo comlex, my family and I enjoyed our vacation and our stay at the condo. We would stay here again!
Nice quiet place. Clean and spacious condo with plenty of beach chairs and umbrella to use. Walking distance to beaches ,shopping, and surf school. The whole family enjoyed the vacation. Very easy and quick contact with the owner, highly recommend.
Awesome location next to the beach & lots of walkable commercial areas. Condo was clean and well stocked with all you would need. Management was very accommodating & allowed a late checkout at the last minute. The price was much lower than comparable options- a great value! We will stay here again.
Great location near the beach. Better views of the ocean and roomier than others Ive rented in the same building. Nice kitchen counter tops and other finishes show that it's been upgraded. A couple of routine maintenance issues but the owners were very responsive about them.

Loved the location. Views are amazing. Three small pools on the property and tennis/pickleball to use - not too busy. Across the street from the beach. Lots to walk to from the condo or 5 min drive. Inside was very spacious. My two teenagers and I weren’t on top of each other at all. It had everything we needed. Loft is fairly private, bigger than expected. Just got pretty hot up there, even with fans and air. Bedroom is really spacious and lovely with separate air conditioner which was great for sleeping. Would 100% stay there again!
Great location. Easy walk to beaches, shopping, South Maui Gardens food trucks. There was a maintenance issue and the property management company had to put us in a different unit for our first night. Their communication was excellent.
My family and I stayed at this condo last March and then again this past March for 2 weeks. We loved the location and ocean view from the condo so much last year that we had booked again this year. The complex itself is in a great location, right across from Charley Young beach, walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Since our stay last year, we were really hoping some things in the condo would have upgraded/replaced/fixed. The carpet in the bedroom absolutely needs to be replaced asap. It is extremely dirty, with huge brown stains that appear to have been there for many many years. The bed also requires a new mattress. It is very hard and worn in and not comfortable at all. The carpet on the stairs and in loft should also be replaced. We didn't use the dishwasher at all as there was black dirt/mold? in various areas and a smell that lingered. It was like that last year as well. So we hand washed all of the dishes our entire stay. The unit could use a new coffee maker as well. The current one is very old and stained. There were other areas that could use improvement (i.e. replace shower curtain), however these were the main ones that we felt should be addressed. The condo was clean otherwise (tiled floors, bathroom, nice kitchen cabinets, etc.) I realize the price of the condo may reflect some of these factors, however we would have been okay paying more if these issues were fixed.We had a wonderful stay otherwise. Maui is a very beautiful island.

We loved our stay at Maui Vista. Communication from the host and management company was excellent. The spacious and decked out condo is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything.village.
The property was was great. The condo had great views of the ocean.

Great place for family to stay. Problem with security guard telling my wife and grandchildren to go to the beach and ride turtles because they were making noise in the pool. Kind of thought that pools were for having fun!
Would definitely stay here again. Clean, comfortable and a great location. Mahalo.
Great location and good accomodations with ocean view
Not exactly like photos but close enough. Needs a little tlc. But well stocked and convenient to shops and beach
The place was very nice. Very small kitchen and hallway the air conditioning didn’t work to good
Unit is older and a bit dated but that did nothing to take away from our stay. Excellent views and location, air conditioning was perfect overnight (we wanted the breeze during the day) and the condo was spotless….first time after many visits to Hawaii where I didn’t see a single insect inside! Owner was super accomodating! We would happily stay here again!
We had a great stay! It was nice to be so close to the ocean and having the beach chairs there was very much appreciated. The view from the balcony was amazing!
Just a side note about parking: We were told by security that you can get a parking pass from them or the office. We arrived on a Sunday night and was going to wait until Monday (as we were told to go to the office) but came out to a warning on our car Monday morning. Our days are busy though so we never would have caught the office open so it was nice to get it from the security.
Property is Beatiful palms Rt off the lanai, sheltered from afternoon winds. Beach in walking distance, easy access pool for simpler swims with children, condo well stocked and nice arrangement of furniture/supplies. Plenty of dining and treat options, and beaches galore up and down the coast. The exterior light does illuminate the master bedroom all night long, just a design flaw for this room other rooms do t have, maybe a blackout curtain for night use. Simple check in and check out. Loved it, the whole family did!

The condo is in a perfect location with only a 3 minute walk to the beach! We found everything we needed within the condo. We will definitely look to come back again!
Nice property, nice location, great complex.
In good shape all around. Everything you need to cook and serve in the kitchen. Full size fridge. Smart TV. Wifi speeds were good. Coolers, Beach chairs were provided. View from the porch overlooks the ocean. (Street is busy and a bit noisy.) Short walk across the street and you are ready to swim and snorkel! Would stay here again!

Great location! The loft for sleeping is difficult if you have early risers or late sleepers. You can here everything they say. The kitchen is equipped well, beach chairs etc. Kitchen wood chairs could use cushions. Overall a great place to stay.
The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. So glad I found this jem.

Groceries, restaurants and of course, the beach.
You won’t be disappointed.
We loved the top floor ocean view and the close proximity to the beach! The elevator was close and a short walk to either the car or the beach! Two bathrooms was also super. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
