Top Floor! Maui Banyan Upscale Remodeled Studio, King Bed, Steps To Beach/Shops

The property is very well located, good swim beaches very close. Restaurants are very close by. The room was as described and comfortable. One note would be to have at least a one day supply of coffee just for the first morning before you can hit a store. The room had all necessities for your days at the beach, parking is plentiful and no additional fees. Overall the host was helpful when we had WiFi issues, it was resolved with one brief call, and they were very friendly and helpful. The neighbors were very quiet and respectful the facility staff was also very nice and friendly. Overall all very nice trip with no issues. We would consider staying here again. Aloha and Mahalo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this studio. It was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our visit. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby, and the beach was just a short walk across the street. We especially enjoyed the nice view from the lanai and appreciated having access to the two pools on the property. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

We stayed here for a week—The room was great for the two of us, plus a great location for walking to the beach and amazing food options. The parking garage feels safe and secure, which was an added bonus for us! ac is works very well and was a necessity for us as well. The pools were also nice and not super busy while we were here. Would absolutely stay again!

This rental was perfect for our Maui trip of 6 days. It was located perfectly between the two major beach spots. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Also, it came with beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and snorkel gear! Would highly recommend this place if you are not sure where to stay. About 40minutes from Laihana and 10 minutes from Wailea. There were two pools two hot tubs feet away from our stay. The beach is right across the street as well as coffee and restaurants. The host was tentative and allowed us to stay a little later past check in for our evening flight. Thank you again

Parking in the covered parking garage was very convenient and in close promximity to our room. Also, our lodging was right across the street from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful!

We loved our stay here! It was small, but perfect for what we needed and everything was so clean. They thought of everything to make this a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs! And Misty was so accommodating and kind! Would definitely stay here again.

There were some good updates on this property Have stayed here many times - comfortable room with a great view from a small balcony. Parking at the Banyan can be a bit of a challenge as there is no designated spot for this unit Everything went well - no issues no problems

Perfect location short walk to the Kehei Boat landing and 300 meters from the ocean. Close to one of two lil’ swimming pools as well.

Excellent location. Close to beaches and parks. 2 pools with hot tubs. Easy parking. Lock system was handy. Smaller rooms but adequate. Needs a local ice machine

We have visited Maui Banyan many time. I was a bit taken aback by the unmentioned “Host Fee”. The unit was exactly as expected except for the fact that the patio door curtains were more than difficult to use without the proper hardware. The patio door itself was another level of difficulty.

Highly recommend for those wanting to stay near Kihei and Wailea.

This rental is clean and comfortable and was very quiet when we were there! We had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and towels. The beach is a very short walk and the pool even shorter! I would definitely recommend this rental for two people! Wonderful

The property was exactly as shown - very clean, nice view. Even though it was a studio it was big enough for 2. Had what we needed to start our day.

This condo was perfect for the two of us for our 5 night stay. The condo was very clean and even better than pictured. It was well equipped woth towels and beach chairs, dishes, a refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and even a small cooler. The bed was so comfortable and this condo had a beautiful shower and granite counter tops. There was a TV which we enjoyed for windong down at night. There was very detailed communication amd we uad zero issues prior to or during our stay. The beach was literally across the street and we saw many whales breaching with views of Lanai and Molokini Crater. There were outstanding restaurants and shopping and even a grocery store and drug store near by. Several gorgeous beaches just down the road and a quivk drive to Haleakala. You can actually see the summit from the parking structure at the condo! The pool was nice and I would highly recommend this property. No need for an alarm, as the chickens may wake you up and the fan was a bit noisy. We turned it off and used the air at night, so this was a simple fix. I would definitely choose this property over any other and loved it so much! Thanks for the amazing chocolates and munchies to welcome us! We are so grateful for the amazimg accompdation
