Location great. Worn out heavily corroded water fixtures, grout peeling, towel rack broken and the one seating is a broken down couch. Drapery pretty ghetto and AC window unit struggles. Nice that there were coffee filters and coffee as well as brita water unit! For the price might be worth it but have stayed in other units in bldg 1 that were more accommodating in living/dining. WiFi signal was problematic- kept going in and out.
Juliana’s place had everything I needed during my stay on the island, and she was easy to communicate with. Will definitely reach out next time I visit and hopefully stay at her property again.
We stayed for 10 nights. The condo was clean and conveniently located. We were disappointed with the condition of the unit however. The sofa was very uncomfortable, the towel bar in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the sliding door and screen were in rough shape and difficult to open. Since there was only 1 folding beach chair in the closet, we purchased another one. We left it in the closet for the next guest. The wifi was very poor. They have a Belkin router, which in my professional opinion, are the worst made. I'm a technician for a major telecomm corperation.
This was a large, well-stocked condo across the street from the ocean. Walk a few steps to the sand for sunset. The kitchen and washer/dryer were a huge plus. We didn’t use it, but they had beach gear, snorkel, gear, and towels. Great pools. Great location!

Condo had all we needed for our stay away from home. Owner communication was top notch. Location was perfect for walking to the beach, store and restaurants. Truly enjoyed our stay.

The condo has everything you need! The proximity to the beach and shops is perfect and the condo is stocked with all the essentials. We are already planning our next trip to Maui and would love to stay again!
