Area was family oriented,quiet and clean, ample people to chat with on daily walks if you want to.
Quick and efficient communication at check in and checking out,quick to answer any questions you might have.
Close in proximity to shopping, groceries, restaurants, fitness...would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

This unit is fantastic for two and okay for three. We travelled two adults and a teen and the teen was out on the sofa bed in the living room/ kitchen area. Us adults tended to get up earlier than our teen and hid out in the bedroom or headed out for a warm beverage so as to not wake our teen too early.
The unit has tile floors and was nicely decorated. The unit includes 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, a full kitchen, dinning area, living room and lanai.
The main view is of other buildings, lush greenery, the pool and a bit of the ocean.
Access to the beach is right across the street.
The property has gas bbqs with no limits of when they can be used. The only downfall is that it appeared that there were only two bbqs and they did run out of propane while we were there so we were not able to grill one day.
The unit is walking distance to grocery, restaurants, food trucks and the beach.
My husband , 5 year old son and I stayed here. Perfect for the 3 of us. Great location walking distance to beaches shops and restaurants. Some of the best snorkeling we did was just across the street from the condo.

Our stay at Maui Vista was perfect! We were within walking distance to the beach, bus stop, restaurants, snorkeling, surf lessons, and much more. The apartment itself had all that we needed: kitchen, fridge, wifi, and ac, etc. We highly recommend this spot and we would definitely stay here again. Aloha!
This location is absolutely perfect! Walking distance to the beach, centrally located on the island, and just all around beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it. I will go back again.
We were so impressed with our rental at Maui Vista. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The rental itself was clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and even offered a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset each evening. It was in the perfect location close to everything you would want or need in Kihei. We’d also like to give a shot out to the general manager—the manager of the complex itself is friendly, helpful, and a joy to run into. If you are looking for a friendly, laid back, amazing place to stay on your Hawaiian vacation, this is it. Thanks for being a home away from home!
Convenient location, easy access to beach, pool well maintained.
Our u nit comfortable and well supplied. Ceiling fans worked really well so we didn’t use the AC.
