Maui Vista is located across from Charley Young Beach (Kam 1)Fully furnished condo, including full Kitchen, in-condo washer/dryer, large refrigerator, air conditioner, new Smart TV ,cable and WiFi internet. One Bedroom has a Queen size bed with ceiling fan and air conditioner,with smart TV. Living room has sofa bed for additional sleeping. Lanai bistro table & chairs. Use of 3 swimming pools ,six tennis courts, pickle ball, multiple BBQs ,beach chairs, umbrella ,mats, ice chest, boogie boards, and beach towels. Free parking for one car. This is a non smoking property. Smoking permitted in designated areas.

Nothing is too far from Maui Vista…famous Wailea golf courses are less than 10 minutes away for those who enjoy 9 or 18 holes to make a perfect day in paradise. Walk to Kihei Boat Landing or drive less than 20 minutes to Maalaea Harbor to catch a boat to go snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (seasonal from Dec.-Apr.) or on a relaxing sunset cruise.

The complex is located minutes away from shopping areas that will take care of all your vacation needs. There are a total of three buildings and each building has its own pool & tennis courts, which eliminates too many people at the pool. This spacious complex is approximately 8.8 acres with lots of parking available all year round.

Excellent sunset view. No ocean view, but beautiful view of pool and garden. Ocean access just two block away to a clean and not too busy beach. Excellent location to restaurants.

This property is clean, beautiful and very comfortable! The host is amazing! Caters to all your needs almost immediately. South Kihei has amazing beaches, restaurants and shops.

Perfect location right across from the beach. The unit has everything you need for a great day at the beach and to pack lunch to go. The unit was also a 5-10 minute walk from great shops and restaurants so made exploring fun! Plus, the after hours security made registering our car easy, too. Would recommend!
