Overall was an excellent stay. Would rent again. I do think the condo we stayed in could use some updates. Especially shower entrance (kind of small.) I think glass blocks should be taken down and just use shower curtain. Would get be much more room to enter shower.
This unit is great but the traffic noise from South Kihei Road was too loud for me to enjoy the lanai.
We had a great stay! The beach was just a short walk and lots of food and shopping all around. The pool was nice and clean and the house was very nice.
Not one to leave bad reviews…. But the unit was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival. The bathroom sink had had hair all around it, shower has mold, dead roach on the floor along with dirt and sand. I had to wash the mattress pad on the pull out bed before my daughter slept on it. That was also stained and had previous tenants hair all over it. I also mopped the floor as it was filthy.
No response from the owner regarding our concerns.
BUT unit was equipped with good supplies (cooking, towels, beach chairs). Easy walk to the beach!
This would have gotten a good rating if it was cleaned better.

I love the property at Maui Vista. It is a good location and easy in and out.
This is in need of an upgrade. It is pretty worn. However, we loved staying there.
Nice condo with lits of extra amenities like beach umbrella and chairs, cooler, kitchen spices and well sticked kitchen!!
The location across from the beach is fantastic and a lot of thought was put into making sure the condo has all the amenities for you to enjoy your stay. The host seems genuine and was quick to respond to questions - thank you! Miss it already!!
Great access to the entire Island. Perfect for a family or a couple looking for a place that don't need all the amenities as a resort has. All in all was a perfect stay for me and my son 11 days.

Folding chairs and beach umbrella were nice to have. Also liked having plenty of leftover storage containers.
Nice and close to the beach, breakfast cafes, and coffee. In unit laundry was AWESOME to have. Only negative was that it was scantly stocked with toilet paper/soap/cookware. Highly recommend. Would stay again
