Amazing place and location!!
We arrived to a filthy condo. The carpets were filthy. The refrigerator had old food and spills. The bathroom floor was dirty and had a child’s medicine cup sitting on the floor. We had to wash the sink counter and floors. The carpet looked terrible so we vacuumed. We had to dump the canister twice. Then we cleaned the filter in the vacuum and picked up more dirt. It was then that we could finally see vacuum lines in the carpet. The light switches were full of dirt. There are dirty handprints on every doorway. The provided linens were dirty and dingy. The property has not been updated in very long time which we expected, however, we did expect that we would stay in a place that was clean. We had to scrub down everything and the clothswe used came up Black. The fan in the upstairs loft had a layer of dust on it so thick that we couldn’t even use the fan. The overhead fan had to be scrubbed. When we turned on the fan dust just fell around the room.our allergies were really bad. My daughter lost her voice from coughing so much. Don’t stay here. I called the managers and they were so defensive. Kathy called me back to continue telling me I was wrong.
We have stayed at Maui Vista several times over past few years. The location to Charley young beach is unparalleled. We love that it’s so close to all the great restaurants, shave ice and grocery we like. The condo itself is old and I updated, but you can see that in the pictures. The loft with twin beds for my boys and two bathrooms is absolutely amazing! Will come again. Love the pickle ball courts and pools are sweet and small.
The Maui Vista is in a great location, right across from a beach. We could see the ocean from our deck. The grounds are well kept and having a BBQ close by was great for making suppers. The air conditioning was a welcome relief. This condo unit had all the necessities that we needed during our stay.
Loved it. Centrally located. Easy to find! Really didn't have communication with property people. One suggestion, parking passes in the condo. Other resorts we've stayed in they have already been in condo. And when u leave early n come in late its hard to get one.
Great time in Kihei. Great location and Air conditioning was nice to come back to after a long day in the heat.
The location is nice. The condo was not as clean as I had hoped, and I had to do some cleaning. Overall it was a good place to stay. And perhaps book it again in the future. This was my first VRBO booking.
Just across street from Charley Young beach and Kam 1. Had 3 chairs but only 2 were real beach chairs. Not the good tommy bahama beach chairs. Had an umbrella and a large hard walled cooler. New a/c in the main room was great. Queen bed in main room and 2 twins upstairs worked well for our family of 2 adults and a 13 and 17 year old teens
Great property! Clean and very beautiful. The condo had plenty of room for us and fully stocked with all the cooking tools and towels/beach towels. There has a little mix up with paradise vacations that didn’t see our reservation but it was quickly resolved. Would recommend to others
