Secluded, quiet, ground floor unit with garden view. 5 minutes to Charley Young Beach. The perfect retreat for an individual or couple. Fully equipped kitchen, two a/c units, large lanai, in-unit laundry, HEPA air filter, free wi-fi, cable tv. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. There are two a/c units to help keep the condo cool. The kitchen provides all the tools needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home. The large lanai has the perfect combination of sun/shade. There is a maximum occupancy of 3 guests.

This complex is conveniently located to explore Kihei. Famous, white sand beaches, tasty restaurants, activities, and shops are all nearby. World-class golf courses are a short drive away. You have your choice of three pools on property, try them all! There are gas grills and 6 tennis courts for guest use. If you want to explore the area, venture just across the road to idyllic Charley Young Beach or Cove Park. The Cove is the place to take surfing lessons or watch others enjoying the waves. There's a park and plenty of restaurants and shopping in either direction. You can stroll along the scenic Wailea Beach Walk, down the coast to Wailea point. There are plenty of options to enjoy your vacation in Maui.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.
