Absolutely beautiful. So Clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. We had the pool to ourselves many times. Located in the place where everything you need is close. Friendly staff to assist us with everything. I highly recommend My Perfect Stay
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Our vacation in Maui was truly enjoyable, and we loved our time at the property. The location was fantastic — close to the beach, in a welcoming area with kind and friendly people. While it’s near some of the more touristy spots, that actually felt like a bonus! The property was clean, easily accessible, and although it was a bit cozier than we expected, it worked perfectly for our family of five. We would definitely stay here again. There were quite a few rules, but it’s clear they’re meant to help maintain the property’s quality, which I can appreciate. They communicated well. They communicated promptly, which we appreciated. However, the late check-out fee felt a bit high for just a two-hour extension, so we decided not to take advantage of it.
We liked the property. Pool was really small, but the walk to the beach was about 3-4 min. I loved the food truck area with all their zen Budda's and beautiful ambiance. The condo came with beach towels, cooler and beach chairs could be updated but were fine. Balcony had nice view of ocean and place was clean and quiet. Wish there was an empty cabinet to store food.
This place was very nice. Clean. Comfortable beds. Mini split A/C units so you can keep each bedroom and the living room however cool you need them. It was a little smaller than it seemed from the pictures. We had three adults and it would be hard to fit four adults. We had to move the table out for breakfast and back to watch TV.

My girlfriend and I traveled to Maui with one other couple and had an absolute fantastic time staying here! The place was right across from the beach which made it easy to see as many sunsets and sunrises as possible. The rental also included 4 chairs to use at the beach and a cooler which was absolutely amazing to have during our stay. The AC also worked great in the unit and we were able to sleep comfortably every single night. The bedrooms were perfect for two couples as they were both equally nice and comfortable. The place was very clean and the host was very easy to get into contact with. We also enjoyed being able to walk so many different shops, food trucks, and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend or would stay at again next time I’m in Maui!
We loved our stay here in Maui! Very close (steps away) to Charley Young and Kam 1 beaches. We had a great time going to the places close by including Da Kine shave ice and the S Maui Garden food trucks. We went to the outdoor pools at Maui Vista and it was great for kids. The place was well stocked and well cared for. I would stay here again next time we are in Maui!
The property was found to be just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We had a great time courtesy of the easy walking access to a great beach across S. Kihei Rd. We made use of the beach access for several beach days and several sunsets.
The place is located in the Maui Vista complex, a short walk to Charley Young beach and walkable to the surfing beach. The condo was clean and spacious enough for a family of four. The upstairs loft area has been walled off (I believe this isn't common for many units here), which was nice because it provided some separation from below. It had a nice view of the ocean. Communication with property management and check-in were both easy. No major complaints.
