I’ve stayed at the Maui vistas 4 times now and they never disappoint, this is my go to whenever I go to Maui, it’s 3 min from the beach and right in the perfect location
Sofa needs replacing as there are no back cushions left. Air conditioner barely cools if you run it 24/7 on the lowest setting. Beds are super comfortable and the condo met our needs quite well.
Location in maui great and view from 4th floor was awesome,HOWEVER the place wasnt cleaned very well dropped something behid couch moved it and plenty of debris under it
also had sign about Ants in kitchen BUT we had multiple colored multileg( looked like roaches in kitchen too
bathtub 1st floor backed up during every shower had water above ankles ASAP and we had to plunge it after each shower,lastly TV didnt work very well remotes were difficult and there were not good instructions

This apartment is no frills, great value for money, fantastic location. It has literally everything you could need and more. Lots of space for 2 of us, well-equipped. Only drawback was that the AC was super loud, we just had to turn it off while we slept but the fans were fine
Has an elevator unlike other properties.
We arrived later than expected, located security and he was informative, and escorted us to our unit. Gave us friendly suggestions and of we needed assistance to reach out.
Although it was a place to rest for a few nights, the use of 2 bathrooms is very comforting.
Stay in Kihei for trip to Maui was enjoyable and met our needs during our stay. Location worked out great as base for our Maui adventures.
Everything went smoothly and this was a beautiful place to stay
The property was clean and well located. Close to beaches, restaurants, etc. The complex is a bit old but well maintained. Good info and easy communication with the owners.
My husband and I stayed here while on a family vacation with our two kids (3 and 1). It’s is in a great location. Short walk to Charlie Young beach and longer walk or short drive to the Kam beaches. Easy waking distance to lots of restaurants and the playground at Kamala Park. It is a standard/dated condo but that is clearly indicated in the pictures and by the rental agency. It is also reflected in the much cheaper nightly price compared to other condos in the area. The rental company was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.
This place was just ok. It is in need of some updating. The location is fine, easy to find and check in. The staff was very nice and the accommodated us with an early check in.
