This was our second stay in this condo. We enjoyed everything. Someone even came by from AA Oceanfront to help with TV issues. She was very helpful. We always stay at Maui Vista. This unit stands up to others we have stayed in.
Would recommend. Lovely spot nd everything we needed.
Location was excellent. Room has a great view and is well stocked with all the amenities you need. Only small complaints were the oven wasn’t plugged in and the exhaust vent in the shower needs a good cleaning. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Maui Vista. The unit met our needs for a family of 3 traveling with a baby. Some issues with cleanliness of the floors were noted upon check in but addressed by the management company promptly. The view from the unit and proximity to beaches were the best features of the unit. The unit faces a busy road which made it noisy during peak traffic times.
Booking was easy and the description/photos are accurate. The Maui Vista complex is across the street from the beach (saw a turtle!) and within 5-10 min walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and other shops. We appreciated the beach blankets, chairs and umbrella that were in the suite, as well as the washer/dryer. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals and there is a shared BBQ. The grounds are clean and well maintained with 2 tennis courts (get racquets and balls from concierge for $10) and a very small swimming pool. The building was quiet and family friendly. You will hear trucks and other noises from the busy street, but that’s a trade off of convenience.
The only things that could be better:
- Bath soap and shampoo, which normally is included in places like this
- More comfortable sofa bed
- Furniture is a little dated, but you could also say that it has charm!
The communication by the renter was fantastic. The directions are easy to follow, the unit was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
The location was perfect!! The view was gorgeous! We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay.
Having stayed at Maui Vista many times we were disappointed with our stay. There was nothing in the condo. There were chairs which the owners didn’t provide (they were provided by previous renters), and no cooler.
They condo was well stocked with cutlery and dishes and it was very clean. However, there was no condiments or even sugar. There was salt but no pepper and no other spices,
The unit has been renovated somewhat. For the price of the unit we expected more. We would not return to that unit.
Check in process was very smooth and all communications with the property manager were great!
The condo is in a good location and we enjoyed the location. Our only feedback is that there was too much furniture in the condo, there wasn’t much room to put our stuff anywhere. The closets and dressers were full, we would have liked to have a bit more space for our belongings.
