The kitchen needs replacement. The stove can't be used unless the fridge door is open. Kitchen equipment was hit and miss: scratched teflon is a heath hazard. All of the screens need repair. Having wall to wall in a beach location makes no sense: it should be tiled like most other units in the building. Bathrooms were dirty and shower fixtures weren't easy to operate. Front door needs a security screen door (like every other unit in building). Modem needs replacing. Needs electrical inspection: some plugs don't work and some electric is beside sinks. Etc, etc

Overall the property was great! Located on the ocean with a small private beach. The pool area was nice, the property was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have a problem parking. There was a lot of maintenance being performed during our stay. There was a spalling problem with the lanais and the repairs were noisy and messy. Also our water was shut off for most of one day while repairs were made. Our unit had some issues. The kitchen was not well stocked, they didn’t have a single baking dish or cookie sheet. You have to open the fridge to open the oven because they don’t fit in the room and the appliances don’t match. The furniture is wicker and very uncomfortable. The lanai faces the ocean and has a good view but the building is kind of U shaped and the unit is on the bottom so the front door of all of the neighbors on the right face the lanai. It is not private. The hood fan in the kitchen didn’t work. We called to have it repaired, two days later someone showed up and looked at it and never came back. The beach chairs provided were broken... we just rented some.
Since the location of the accommodation and its cleanliness were very important to us, we decided to pay $550 per day for our stay in Maui from 12/24/2022 to 12/29/2022, while we could find less than this amount at the same time. On the other hand, the most disturbing thing for us was the presence of cockroaches in the kitchen. Becaues, inside the kitchen, we encountered cockroaches, which was very troublesome for us, and this was not mentioned in any comment. In addition, on the third day we did not have hot water and no one answered, and we were dealing with this problem until the last day of our stay. Also, we had planned so much for the accommodation inside, that we could not use it optimally. Finally, if you don't mind cockroaches, and you don't mind the lack of hot water, I suggest here. But by paying a little more, you can get a good hotel.

There were many things to like about the condo. The location, beach on the property, and nearby shopping.
Beautiful location. Easy access to everything we wanted.
The property has a great location and amazing ocean views! The property wasn’t very clean (tp rolls empty, dirty rag in shower, missing shower rod, floors seemed dirty) and the kitchen is very outdated. The lack of AC is tough but that is common in the area and was well communicated prior to arrival! Window and door openings keep the condo temp manageable. Overall I enjoyed my stay I just wish it was a bit cleaner and the kitchen was more updated. However, these two things were not terrible and did not ruin my stay by any means. It is a wonderful place to stay in a great location but if you plan on spending a lot of time inside and/or cooking then it’s the perfect place. Can’t beat the view! The rooms were comfortable and I would certainly recommend staying here.
upon arriving at this propertywe were very excited when we entered the lobby, clean, spacious and welcoming. We opened the door to our condo 703, a very dirty mat at the door welcomed us. I picked it up and put it behind the chair so we didn't have to look at it. Overall the condo was in a sad state of cleanliness. Grease and fingermarks on the cupboards, a filthy backsplash. We tried to wash towels on the first Sun., the washing machine didn't work, I washed some clothes by hand a couple of days later and the dryer did not work. The office sent a repairman in, but couldn't resove the problem, it needed a new motherboard. Said they would replace the washer for us, that never happed. The cleaners came in wiped and few things, changed our beds and brought us clean towels. There was paper and other garbage under the beds, mold on our bath curtain which they changed, fuzz hanging from the air vents, streaks of dirt on the walls, a big water stain across the off white curtains in the master bedroom, the screen door going out to the patio off the living room was off track and torn, I have documented all these items. We spoke the a representative from Chase and Rainbows, we agreed on a specific amount of compensation, when we arrived home we received less than half of the amount agreed upon and my calls have not been returned. This condo could be a beautiful place to stay if the company that takes care of it would maintain this facility.

Decent condo and chas n rainbows was excellent!
We stayed in the condo (Property ID 2711835) the first week of August. Everything went beautifully. Upon arrival it was very easy to access the apartment and check out was also very fast. The apartment is located in a very clean and functional resort. The apartment is very welcoming and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are very spacious and give the opportunity to fully enjoy the living area. Washer and dryer in the house are truly an added value. The lack of air conditioning (there are ceiling fans) was not a problem because the sea breeze creates a favorable climate even at night. We really recommend this condo!
