The entire property is beautiful. It is well maintained and landscaped. Our unit was on the 4th floor. Two levels with 2 bathrooms, balcony with a view of the ocean and grounds. Although the property is not new, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything that the three of us needed. We were able to do some cooking, relax, and enjoy the location. The area is safe and has many restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, shops, beach parks. Maui has many interesting places to visit and explore. I would recommend this VRBO rental for anyone who enjoys the beach..
We had a wonderul stay. The view from the balcony was even better than we expected. The bed was cozy, we would happily stay again.

Great location and very well equipped condo with a view of the ocean. Comfortable beds and the A/C kept the place cool. Unfortunately the place was not cleaned well when we got there- the sheets and towels had been changed but the floors, stove, microwave and bathrooms had not been cleaned well- some maybe not at all. Had to make a complaint and after a few days someone finally came to clean again and did an okay job.
Really good location. Right across good beaches. Walking distance to food trucks. Good neighborhood. Few comments:Air conditioners are loudIt's good for 4 people. Stretch for 5. Upstairs shower is basically useless if you are over 5 feet. Needs more seating
This was a lovely, clean unit with comfortable beds and everything we needed. There is a spectacular view of the ocean and Molokini crater from the condo - perfect for sunsets!
Maui Vista is a perfect location for families with Charley Young beach just across the road :) We will seek out this unit to stay in again! Mahalo!
Lovely stay, loved the area. Third time staying at Maui vista. First unit we’ve ever rented anywhere in Maui that didn’t have beach chairs or umbrellas or cooler, that was the only disappointing thing. We had to rent, chairs and buy an umbrella.Would not hesitate to return to Maui vista.
I recently stayed at this condo and found it to be an overall average experience. The property was clean and boasted a beautiful view of the ocean and Molokini crater. However, it's an older condo, so don't expect anything fancy.
One major drawback was the climate control. The three window air conditioning units are on timers, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable, which impacted my overall experience.
On a positive note, the check-in process was smooth, and communication with the property managers was efficient. Despite some comfort issues, the cleanliness and scenic views made for a decent stay.

We loved the property. The location is in the heart of Kehei which made everything accessible and easy. It had the perfect set up for our family and was clean and well organized.

Really loved our stay. Condo was roomy for parents and two kids. Having two bathrooms and a loft for the kids was really nice. Distant view of the ocean and palm trees from the front window and deck. The sounds of the birds in the morning was amazing. Short walk to the beach was extremely nice. Very central location in Kihei. Great to have a kitchen to make meals. Nice to have a sitting area for the kids to hang out. We didn't use the pool as it was pretty small and the light didn't work for evening swims. It's a 1980s building, so don't expect luxury, but perfectly fine for a 10-day stay with kids.

We had a great time staying in Maui. The condo was spacious enough for the 5 of us and was a great location. Only issue was that our oven/stove quit working on our second day there and it took a couple days to get it fixed, but that was partly because we were so busy exploring the island that we didn’t communicate it to the company right away. Overall it was a great place for us to stay!

We found the unit clean and perfect for our family of 5 while we vacationed at Maui for a week. The unit has a great view of the ocean and just minutes of walk to the beach and stores.
We would rent it again.
