We had a wonderful time during our stay. The beach things were amazing and made our beach days so much enjoyable. Everything provided for the kitchen was great and very helpful. We hope to come back again soon. Malaho! Aloha
Nice place but the air conditioning unit in bedroom kinda didn’t work, sometimes the toilet would run after flushing, and last day there a cockroach was in the unit.
The space was so tight. The furniture were too old and not clean. No response from management when calling or texting.The AC so noisy and not properly functioning. Overall not a good experience. Will never choose this place again and will never recommend to anybody else.

This is something like the 14th time we have stayed at Maui Sunset in Kihei. The location is excellent, the pool is great, walking the beach is one of my favorite things to do. A great way to start the day!Renting through Kumulani has been a pleasure for many years.The unit could have been cleaned better.It was not our first choice of rooms, but the one we wanted was already booked when we looked into reserving.We will be back!
Condo was great size for family of four. Two nice size bedrooms, and two bath. As with many of the condos here in Maui, definitely needed some maintenance completed And a good deep cleaning. The pool and surrounding grounds of the property were absolutely pristine. Location fantastic to get to all parts of the island.
plenty of room for our family of 4. great equipment for the beach. loved having washer and dryer in the unit. great starters for us (trash bags, dishwashing items, paper towels, tp). plenty of parking for the complex. very close to the pool, which is good for short walk, but increased noise levels during the day. Time for the unit to have a deep clean. Notes on the A/C remotes reminding us to turn off and limit the operating hours seem a bit excessive.
As far as the area, the immediate area does not feel like a tourist area. However, the restaurants in Kihev were excellent and only 1 mile away.

Enjoyed the location and features offered at Maui Sunset. Close to the beach and great pool to enjoy. Unit was just what we wanted. Met all our needs and very enjoyable stay
We had a fabulous time celebrating a birthday, love the pool area and will be back!
This is the second time we have stayed at Maui Sunset and it was just as great as the last.
The property and condo were clean and just as advertised.
The kids absolutely loved the pool and most afternoons were spent there with the kids swimming and playing while I read a book or socialized with others staying on the property.
The beach on the property was great for taking in the sunrise and sunset, and there was great oportunities to walk along the beach and see trutles in the evening and early mornings.
The location of the property in Kihei is great, with easy access to the main highways to get to the various other towns and points of interest on the island and a short drive to the many beaches and shops to the south.
Overall I would recommend this property and condo to others looking for a two bedroom accommodation in Kihei.

It's a fantastic location, great little pool and look out on the ocean, and every condo has different character.It had all the essentials such as beach gear etc. The only thing we needed was an extra roll of toilet paper for the week.It may be time for general updates, but other than that, a great find.
