Everything exceeded my expectations...wll try to book again before the rest of the world discovers Nida.
Pros: heated pool, beautiful spacious grounds. Great vista for sunset views.
Cons: small bed , unit is in need of updating, close to the road noise. Both bathrooms are small. Would not stay in this unit again.
Great environment for relaxation. One of the best places on South Maui!
The location of this property is perfect. You can walk to great restaurants or stores easily. Oceanfront with beautiful views and miles of beach to stroll along. The condo was efficient, quiet and clean. The view from the balcony was so peaceful and a beautiful sunset every night. The complex is very nicely maintained, with tennis, shuffle board, pickle ball, putting green, pool and spa. We can’t wait to return.
Definitely does not sleep 5. Comfortable for two adults, maybe one child. Could use a little TLC and update kitchen supplies.
TV was a big issue but got lots of help from the owner and partner. Still had to go through steps to get TV on. Overall very quiet, great view, comfortable bed and just perfect for me.
It was a great property and lots that they offered. They helped us find restaurant's, places to swim and things to do. They kept everything clean and gave us extra stuff to use that we may have forgotten.
We paid for the rental week, and then had a COVID exposure notice with an hour of booking. Even tho we immediately notified the owner, she was unresponsive and denied receiving the VRBO cancelation request.
Fortunately we were able to go, whereupon communication with the owner suddenly improved!
Overall, the place is as advertised, but just very tired furniture and accessories...the microwave quit while we were there (and the owner replaced it immediately), the toilet would not stop running, and the beach chairs were quite dirty and all zippers corroded. The bed is old and small, and we were both starting to get sore backs as the week wore on.
The location was nice, but we found much better accommodations at a lower price once we arrived.
Everything in the room was as described. Had everything we needed to cook 2x/day. In-room washer and dryer were nice. Nice chairs, cooler (and other beach type things) in the room. Other activities available on property. Would stay again.
It's a really lovely appt. the best thing is the view in the in the morning with your coffee and breakfast.
