The pictures didn’t show that the condo was a bit aged. However the property did have everything for a great stay. Clean and functional. Grounds looked great. Pool was nice, beach was right there. View was good. Maui was one of the best places l have ever seen. Would stay again.

We had a great time staying at this location. Easy access to a beach right there at the back of the property and very close to some other nice beaches as well. Everything was clean and comfortable and some very useful amenities as well.

This was our first time on Maui and this was the perfect place to stay. We were able to get everywhere easily and were able to get to nearby restaurants, bars, and beaches. The condo was the perfect size, clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. We are already planning a trip back!

Susan was very helpful with some later changes we had. The location was phenomenal and made it easy to get around, with plenty of things nearby (food, groceries, alcohol, beach). Nice resort overall.

We loved our stay in Kihea, very convenient access to the beach for beautiful sunsets. The place was very nice and large for just the two of us. We made breakfast at home and enjoyed slow mornings. It was just what we needed!
Nice pool and hot tub. Need a vehicle to get around. Grocery store 6 min away by vehicle. Wall unit air conditioners were loud and kept us up at night.
Wonderful place to stay for our vacation in Maui. Everything was exactly as advertised. Property has lovely pool area and a concierge to help book activities. There is even a book swap cupboard. Just a few steps over the lawn gets you to the beach. Saw turtles and watched kite surfers. Amazing sunsets. Only (minor) downside was arriving late (in the dark) when the check-in office was closed and not realizing which of the two buildings our unit was in. The GPS directions took us direct to the office location, but we needed to be at the other building. Obvious in daylight but a little confusing at night after long journey. Something to be aware if you're arriving in the evening. Overall, a great place to stay and would def. go back.
Very pleased with this place to stay while we were on vacation in Maui. It was central to everything and a great place to have as a home base on our vacation. It was well stocked for our stay. The snorkeling and beach gear were especially useful so that we could enjoy the beaches without having to pack the gear from home.
During our week-long stay, we found the overall experience to be fair. The view from the condo was stunning, and the amenities were well-stocked with everything we needed. Susan, the condo manager, was pleasant and responsive. However, we were disappointed to find mold around the bottom of the bathroom, and one of the shower heads was installed so low that a person of 5'11" had to bend down to shower. Additionally, the curtains were dusty, and there was a significant amount of bird droppings on the balcony that had not been cleaned up prior to our arrival.
Good location , beach front , close to several restaurants and grocery stores , close to ABC store (gift shop) , clean property , all amenities in good condition, kitchen stuffed with required groceries, clean bedding and sufficient related bedding essentials, clean bathroom, useful beach essentials- chair , umbrella, sunscreen; clean deck with chairs and table, prompt responsive Host (Susan) , helpful front desk, ….. overall no issues with property.
Suggestions for improvement- since there are two buildings (A & B) , it is appropriate to include Building with room number on door to avoid confusions. I clearly instructed about building still DoorDash delivery person dropped food in wrong building. Building details on door or building details on additional location will help to resolve the confusions.
Great home base for a trip to Maui. Stocked with everything you may need, including beach equipment. Photos and description was exactly as advertise. I’d definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly what we expected. Susan was super kind and responsive. We feel very lucky to have stayed here. Maui Sunset was absolutely beautiful and the pool was incredible. We had a toddler and preschooler with us and it was a perfect environment for them. Would highly recommend!
Location wonderful, property grounds very nice, saw turtles on the beach on morning walks. Well equipped condo. Only issue we had was the bed, squeaks whenever you move or turn over and not very comfortable, mattress needs replacing. We ended up sleeping on the pull-out sofa which was more comfortable. Nice having 2 bathrooms but both need updating. Overall though a nice stay.

This condo is perfect! It's a very comfy bed, great linens, amazing view, great Lanai, and everything you want to enjoy yourself here in Kihei - Snorkels towels chairs, Etc. The location is awesome-so close to the beach and this condominium complex has the most perfect lawn you've ever seen! I thought it was fake until I realized it was just perfectly manicured! Susan is a great hostess, and super helpful with any local vacation questions that I had. I would stay here again and again!
