It was our first time in Maui and we loved this rental and Maui sunset. The pool, hot tub, the sunsets are beautiful. The people and set up was great.
We had such a lovely trip to Maui and loved this condo! It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. Great proximity to the beach, the pool was clean, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed!
We had an awesome stay! The views from the balcony were incredible, the ocean and West Maui Mountains and even a view of Haleakala from the front door. The sunsets were amazing every night.The house was spacious, clean and the main living area was perfect for hanging out. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, such a nice bonus! Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. They had beach chairs and and umbrella as well as an ice chest which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Had such a wonderful stay! The top floor had the perfect ocean breeze, making it even more enjoyable. Beautiful property with so much to do and easy access to amazing beaches and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!
The property is nice, we have stayed there before. A few things I would invest in for the future would be larger bath towels ( the ones there seem like they are children, very small). The kitchen cookware needs to be updated, for people like us that like to cook, pots and pans were very limited. The bedding needs a larger comforter, pillows were horrible, woke up with a headache every morning from them. Not being rude, just giving you

Older property that’s well maintained and a good location for long beach walks, tennis, pickleball, swimming and sunset views. Condo has everything you need for a comfy stay in paradise. Grocery stores and restaurants all close by.
It was clean, but really needs a little updating (Repair to furniture (loose seam) A fresh coat of paint, TV is small) Everything works just older. Air conditioning is ok but noisy. The bed is against the wall, but comfortable, which was awkward, and the sheets were too loose to stay on the mattress. The bathroom sink/counter is small so hard for 2 people to get ready together.

My family and I loved all our time spent in Maui. The condo B505 at Maui Sunset didn’t disappoint. We had requested some additional items for the room and the response were polite and immediate. The location was convenient and the pool/hot tub and access to the beach was amazing! We will book again with Valley Isle!!

We had an amazing time during our stay in Kihei! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked for the most part, and the location was great.
We saw turtles in the ocean every night during sunset, and the pool was a wonderful option for days when we didn’t go to the beach. Parking was easy in the lot, and we always felt safe.
When we evaluated rental options, we prioritized beach access and proximity to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, this rental didn’t quite meet our expectations for those two desires. There is a beach right at the edge of the property, but it is rather small and not particularly well suited for sitting on the sand without getting wet. Additionally, with the afternoon trade winds, the water was typically too rough to be good for swimming any time outside of the morning. It was totally glassy in the morning, however, so if you can get in early it might be perfect for swimming.
The condo is in a great central location that is close to a bustling shopping center (great coffee shop, sushi, and numerous other restaurants), but there is no sidewalk on the main road to walk to nearby restaurants. We still saw plenty of people walking along the side of the road, but I would be nervous to do so at night in the dark.
This place was amazing. The property manager was very helpful. It was so close to the beach my granddaughter and I walked down to the beach each night to watch the sunset. Would highly recommend this place.
We loved this condo and were so glad about our choice to stay in Kihei rather that at a resort in west Maui.
Very small bathroom . During our stay bathroom’s light went off and it was impossible to replace lightbulb. Beach chairs should be replaced as straps were cut rendering it difficult to transport. However overall clean . A small investment by the owner would make this appartement very nice.

This condo was perfect for our 5 night stay in Kihei and had everything we could need! It was a perfect home away from home. We loved the views, lanai, comfy bed and having beach chairs to bring everywhere with us. Being on the top floor was an added bonus with no one stomping around above us. Other guests were very friendly too. Great condo!!

Rental was clean and well stocked. Perfect location right on the beach. It was nice to have bbq grills to use as well. Parking was plentiful and never a hassle to find a spot.
Perhaps one of the best sunset viewing places I’ve stayed at on Maui! The grounds were beautiful and Kihei was delightful.
We were visiting Maui for the second time and knew we wished to be in Kihei. This property provided great access to the beach and the layout of the property itself with the central courtyard was wonderful. Access to the water, Pickleball courts, the pool and just a family friendly atmosphere added to our holiday. We were able to walk to local restaurants from here - 25 min - and had a quick drive to grocery. A great play to stay, especially as a family.

Clean property with an abundance of thoughtful amenities. Right by a lovely beach with amazing sunset views.
We stayed several nights at this unit in the Maui Sunset complex in Kihei. We enjoyed evenings and mornings on the balcony with an ocean view, and the unit had plenty of space for us. Perfect location just a short drive away from all parts of the island, really couldn't ask for a better stay.
