This property is walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. They property is pristine and pool is cleaned and maintained EVERY morning. Turtles on the beach on the beach. The only downside is that the water is not great for swimming/ snorkeling due to the broken up coral bottom so we had to drive everyday to a different beach which gave us the opportunity to check out many other beaches. There was beach chairs but no umbrellas or floaties for the pool. Salt and pepper but no other condiments so we had to purchase everything fresh and then throw it away if we didn't pack it home.
The view from the condo was amazing. We we able to watch whales from our balcony (in March) just before the sunset! The grounds were immaculate and the pool was cleaned thoroughly every morning. My teenagers appreciated the small gym and I loved the herb garden which included aloe plants. On our last morning while walking on the beach we even saw a few turtles! A few days before we were ending our vacation the dryer wasn’t working properly. The property management company immediately provided us with access to another room to use their machine. A great place for families, we would definitely stay again!
This property and view were amazing! Beyond happy!!! We could not have asked for more. Check in & out was very simple. Communicating with the property staff was easy and pleasant. Highly recommended this property.

Overall we loved this rental and would absolutely return. However there are some updates and small fixes that really need to be done to this unit. These are small, but need to be done. For example, the sink in the master bath leaks so anything on the counter constantly got wet. There are many outlets that are broken and need repaired - specifically in the master bathroom and in the dining area. Side note, the toaster doesn’t work unless you hold the button down and the hair dryer in the master bath doesn’t work. Just my opinion, but the living room furniture is very outdated and very uncomfortable. Updating this furniture would help the comfort of the unit.However, none of these issues would prevent me from staying again!!! Bigger needs
We enjoyed clean updated , spacious apartment/condo with amazing view on the Maui Sunset immaculate landscape and ocean view, great pool facilities, also proximity to shopping and restaurants
Property is nice, great view (best feature). Good location to shoppng center with restaurants, grocery store, gym (powerhouse). Great whale watch trip from within 20 min drive (but pretty windy & rough - stay top deck outside in air - person or two on lower deck got sick).
