I've stayed in this property before and it's always a pleasure. Clean, well stocked and easy entry. It's exactly as advertised and I love that blue couch!!
Loved the unit. Well kept. Decently stocked kitchen where we were able to cook great meals, huge plus. Only issue was the washer/dryer. I had to clean sand out before using as it was in all the rubber gaskets of the dryer. Not the owners fault, but was a bit of a hassle. Loved the Murphy bed for the teenager, big advantage!
Great accommodations Turtles galoreGreat location
The property grounds, pool, & hot tub were all pristine. And such an easy walk to the beach. We walked alongside the beach for several miles each morning and sometimes in the evening. The sunsets were spectacular. Our condo was on the ground level with a beautiful lanai. We often grilled meals with the grills very close to our unit.We loved the kitchen knife block set, dishes, washer/dryer. Two bathrooms were so nice. We shared so many laughs and memory making with our family. Initially the condo was lacking several items that were advertised as part of the property, cooler, beach towels, potholders, kitchen towels, beach chairs and our host had those items delivered to us the next day. The most comfortable bed was the twin Murphy bed in the kitchen/dining room area. We could not sleep on the pullout sofa as there was not a mattress pad and a metal bar against your back prevented us from sleeping on the sofa bed. There was one usable light blanket. The others blankets were heavy weighted winter blankets. It took us about 10 days to get the TV to work properly. We followed the instructions the host provided but that did not work. We did replace all of the batteries in most of the remote controls for the tv, fan and air conditioners as they would not work. We were able to work around each of the issues. This was a great condo for a small family gathering.
First time staying at Maui sunset and we would absolutely stay here again the grounds are kept so clean and a great spot that had a little bit of everything ! We stayed on the ground floor and this unit was a perfect location as you are close but not too close to the pool and you are right by the BBQ so easy access for meal time prep. This unit was clean and I would probably stay here again but the communication with the host needs to be better ! We had some issues with Checkin in, we weren’t given the door code so had to track that down last minute which was fine but when we arrived there was not enough bedding for the pull out beds so my kids had to sleep with towels over them for the first night. The next day we did get some bedding delivered , but when I inquired about a few minor other issues I never got a response back. Overall we didn’t let this affect our trip and the unit worked well for our family of 4! Just wish there was better communication with the host.
This accommodation was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, close to everything and nicely manicured grounds. Highly recommended.

Updated and fully stocked kitchen. Great location near BBQ area. Have stayed here before and will again in the future!

Nice having grills close to the unit. Great beach for walking - saw 2 turtles on the beach during our stay. Would stay again!
Everything was great. Only thing I wish there was enough beach chairs for all the people staying. Only had 2.
Awesome unit, awesome complex. Host communication could have been better - didn’t receive any response for the hosts when I contacted them about some small issues (during or past stay).
Despite that small issue I would stay there again and would highly recommend to others
We had a great time. The property was perfect for our needs and had nice amenities for us to grocery shop and cook a majority of our meals. Very nice community and loved being able to walk to the beach and a short drive to town.

The newly remodeled kitchen is well stocked and gorgeous, aesthetically great and functional lighting in kitchen and living room/dining table as well. Bath in primary bedroom is a bit cramped, but some extra space on the dresser helped. The patio door from the primary bedroom doesn’t open and doesn’t help with light as it’s right on the parking lot sidewalk so people walk by and cars pull in and out, so best to keep the blinds closed most of the time. Overall really enjoyed our stay and perfect for we two!
