We had a great stay, very relaxing location at the end of the condo row! Sugar Beach is amazing, clean and never full of people. There are fantastic canoe rentals next door that provide you with a great history of the island. Downtown restaurants are a 10min drive which isn’t too bad. The condo is not the newest and could stand for some internal upgrades but it worked for us and appeared clean. I would stay here again w/o question.
Great place. The family and I enjoyed it every single day. Next to a beautiful town (Kihei) which has access to great food, coffee, shaved ice, shopping, etc.
We enjoyed our stay. Good central location for seeing all the sites. The best thing was watching the whales every morning from the lanai.
Our stay in this unit wasn't our first stay at Kealia, so we definitely came into it with an idea of what to expect of the property and the area. As always, the property always outdoes our memory of it. The beach is steps away from the building. There's a pair of huge lawns to hang-out and for kids to play in (one of which has plenty of shade even for the midday or afternoon sun.
The unit as a whole was clean and stocked well enough. It's got plenty of dishes, utensils, and the owner even provides a bit of a starter kit for anyone staying there (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies, dish soap, etc).
The view from the balcony is great! Breakfast out there in the morning with the sound of waves crashing against the beach is just the best feeling. You can even watch the sun set from the balcony (at least during our stay)!
There really isn't much to complain about from our trip other than (as always) it was entirely too short. We'd definitely stay in this unit again in the future if presented the opportunity.

Absolutely perfect spot! Condo was exactly as described. Location was perfect - the beach was literally like 20 steps away. It was never crowded or busy, the kids and I had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. I spent every morning drinking coffee and watching the canoe club go out and come back from the lanai. I've stayed in lots of spots in Kihei, but this one is by far my favorite - it was close enough to all the action (stores, restaurants, etc) but not right in the middle of it. The property had everything we needed to enjoy some meals at home and play at the beach. There were boogie boards, pool noodles, beach chairs, ample towels, and a beach umbrella - everything you need for fun at the beach or pool. There was plenty of space for myself and two teenagers. The instructions to park and access the property were clear and easy to follow. It was nice having a reserved parking spot so close to the elevator. Thank you Gage and Andrew for sharing your home with us! We had a fabulous time and truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book here again when we return!
Beautiful location, beautiful view! Loved hearing the ocean waves from the balcony and taking morning walks on the beach. Everything you needed for a wonderful stay! We had our adults kids with us so they were quite happy to have the extra bed so they didn’t have to share!

Great property, ocean view. Quite part of Maui. Beautiful sandy beach. The apartment had everything available, we did not have to buy anything additional. Comfortable stay with 2 kids and 2 adults. The only item that I would recommend is to update the carpet in the bedroom.
Condo is right on Sugar beach in a beautiful location! The space next to the condo is like a park!
The condo is the perfect size for my small family and perfect beach/ocean view!
Property was conveniently located at a centralized location and away from crowds. Condo was pretty outdated but very functional.
