We were attending a wedding in Maui and most guests were staying at the Maui Vista so we got to visit many different condos there. Mark’s was by far the most well equipped and considerate condo with everything you could need, from a pack and play, beach gear (chairs, cabana, umbrellas etc ), plenty of spare towels and linens, laundry detergent and all the kitchen amenities. There was even an incredibly thoughtful gift basket of fresh fruit, coffee and cookies and chips waiting for us. His condo was very spacious compared to others and also overlooked the beautiful garden and pool area and it was super convenient just being able to step out from the patio door. So many friends and family who were also staying at the Maui Vista came by and said how nice it was and well equipped compared to their own. Mahalo Mark for the incredible stay!

We had a great time staying at the Maui Vista.This unit had everything we needed for our stay.Kitchen is well stocked.There is lots of towels and lots of beach gear. Would definitely stay here sgain.
Pictures were spot on and place was in a great location. Beach gear and towels were fabulous. If you want to be able to walk to the beach then you can’t go wrong here. Definitely recommend !!!
I go to Hawaii about 2-3 times per year and I usually stay at a hotel and this was one of the few times we stayed at a VRBO so I have a lot of comparisons.
I will say that overall it was a lovely stay. It wasn't the most luxurious; some of the cabinets and furniture was a little outdated. Also some of the pillows could use some replacing and the mattress on the sleeper sofa could use either a cover or a replacement. However, those are no biggies; the price was 1/3 of a hotel, so one can't complain. The value for what you get is much better than a hotel.
The other pros far outweigh the cons I listed above. I am so used to scrounging around at a hotel for a fork or even a spare cup; forget about a plate to eat your leftovers on. However this condo had literally anything you could ever need. I have 2 kids and it was heaven to have everything you need right there. Fully stocked kitchen with the basics and more (think blender, rice maker, etc.). And it was good quality kitchenware. All the beach gear--chairs, umbrellas were provided as well as extra soap and shampoo; welcome snacks with fresh fruit and water.
Other pros were the washing machine, the plethora of towels, air conditioning (although it was loud; I used ear plugs), the pool steps from the condo (amazing to NOT have to walk for 20 min to get to the pool only to realize you forgot something). By the way my pet peeve is dirty and/or cold pools but this pool was clean and super warm! There was also good parking, beaches and restaurants near by.
Check in was super easy and simple. Owner was not high maintenance with a ton of rules, the vibe was that he wanted you to enjoy your stay.
I rarely say that I would stay at the same place again since I like trying out new places but this condo was so convenient for a great trip that I would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your place with us!
This is my second time staying at this exact property and we had an amazing time! We were greeted with some special treats (cookies, pineapples, coffee, and more!) Everything you need is within walking distance. Very quiet area! We cannot wait to come back.
This in my opinion is the best unit in the complex. Nice corner unit with huge lanai and a 20 second walk to the pool. Lots of beach accessories for both adults and kids (Beach chairs, umbrellas, flippers, cooler etc). The place is clean and the bed was very comfortable. We BBQ'd most every nite as the bbq area is again literally a 30 second walk from the unit. We will definitely stay here again.
We appreciated the amenities (e.g., snorkeling and beach equipment) and food treats.
If you're looking for an exceptionally clean and fully furnished place to stay, then this is it!
We had 3 adults staying here and we all found it just perfect. Mark was very easy to talk to and he also provides you with anything and everything you will need for your stay, including the wonderful gift basket he left for us! The only thing we had to buy was our food and drinks.
The condo was everything that was advertised including the outdoor pool and beautiful grounds.
I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Maui!!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo has everything you need, down to a blender and extra sheets and towels, sunscreen, beach equipment and a newly updated washing machine (looks like). It was fully equipped. We loved lounging on the pull out couch, watching Netflix (bring your own source of netflix) when we decided to leave the bedroom. The bed in the room was very comfortable! The grounds were well kept and the condo was in a great location! But let’s talk about Mark. What makes a great stay is also the host. Mark was very responsive through the whole booking process AND after we got home from Hawaii. He was flexible, and understanding and listened to any concerns I had and takes feedback very well! He is awesome and really hopes for you to have a great stay. We were able to check out later for a small fee, and allowed us to check in early. Thanks Mark!
