Beautifully decorated, well-equipped and comfortable waterfront rental. Perfectly located for a Maui getaway. Lisa is a very caring and responsive host.
Lisa's condo is amazing - beautifully updated and decorated and right on the water - perfect for whale watching and relaxing. We had two couples and the layout of the condo was great. There is a small beach down to the side of the condos that had turtles nearly every day, and Sugar Beach is a short walk down the road for access. As a note, the Ma'alaea location is central to everything, but not necessarily close to anything - a car is definitely needed and you have to drive to get pretty much anywhere. Overall, a beautiful and quiet location - we would stay again in a minute!
I highly recommend this Condo! Easy drive to/from airport. This condo is ground floor with beautiful views. Very beautiful and comfortable inside as well, with everything you need. Centrally located to many activities. Especially liked being able to walk to the boat charters. Very small shopping area close enough to walk to, but if you are looking for shopping you will have to drive 15-20 minutes down the road. The beach that is accessible by the building is small and not for swimming. A short, maybe 15 minute walk down the road does provide a beach where you can relax and play in the water. Communication with the owner was great. We had all the information we needed and were provided great ideas to help us plan out activities.
We could not have asked for a better experience or place to stay for our Maui Family trip. Our host, Lisa provided us with a list of places to visit, eat, excursions, and shop so we could plan our trip ahead of time. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the lanai is spectacular and as we were there New Year's Eve, the fireworks across the bay made the evening perfect. The condo is an easy drive to many attractions. If we had any questions, Lisa quickly answered any texts sent. The welcome basket of snacks and Hawaiian treats was an unexpected surprise. My children and I try and take one family trip a year and this is definitely one of the best places and experiences we have had.
If we had come to Maui just to sit on the patio and watch the ocean, it would have been enough. The condo is comfortable, beautifully remodeled with wonderful details including custom cabinets, slate floors, lighted soffits, original oil paintings and block prints of the islands and, except for a microwave, a fully equipped kitchen. It also supplied everything needed for beach expeditions—guidebooks, binoculars, thick beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, totes. We loved the location because it was quiet but an easy drive to Lahaina, Kihei and Kaanapali. Bravo to the owners for creating such a lovely vacation home!
We would like to thank Lisa for her hospitality and letting us share in this little piece of Maui Paradise. We enjoyed many sunrises and sunsets only to be outdone by an incredible total lunar eclipse on November 8th, 2022.
What a wonderful time we had on Maui staying in this gem of a condo! It was just perfect for our family of three. Right from the beginning our trip was off to a great start through easy communication with owner Lisa. She made sure we were warmly welcomed upon our arrival.
The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and inviting. It includes many useful touches that made our Maui adventure even better; including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. The sound of the ocean right outside the door can’t be beat, we enjoyed many sunrises right on the lanai.
I can definitely recommend a stay at this condo and we hope to return someday.
We LOVED our stay at this beautiful, oceanside condo. Everything inside the condo is lovingly done--it does NOT feel like a generic rental--incredible woodwork, artwork and great layout for two couples. Each night we saw sea turtles at the small beach, which is basically off the back patio. Centrally located for exploring the entire island, which is what we did. Lisa is lovely to work with--excellent communication and clearly wanted us to have a great time. HIGHLY recommend!
Lisa’s home is beautifully decorated, right on the ocean, with all the comforts of home and everything extra you could need on your Maui vacation. The location is central to all parts of the island so getting around was a breeze. We will definitely be back!
Everything about this place was 5 star. The condo is a mahogany dream, the craftsmanship superb! Very clean and very comfortable. Right on the shore, with great snorkeling and whales breaching. Easy access to everything.
