The Condo was perfect for our needs, the kitchen was very useful as we had family staying in a nearby resort, and we were able to host them for dinners. The only area that could use some improvement would be the cleanliness. Most kitchen cabinet handles felt dirty, items behind the toilet in the bathroom were covered in dust, and the Lanai seemed dirty, but I understand that being outside, it is more difficult to keep clean. Mahalo, Ralph and Janice, for a convenient, and relaxing place to stay.

Only stayed one night, but the checking process was smooth and the condo had everything we needed. Great kitchen, quite a few beach accessories available including chairs, and close to all the public beaches. Would absolutely stay here again!
We had an enjoyable stay at this property. Overall the condo was great! The location was easy to walk to the Shops at Wailea and the pool was just across the street. The roof replacement unexpectedly happened our last day and a half so we lost time outside which was a bummer but not the fault of the property owner. Ralph was extremely responsive when I couldn’t find linens after 24 hours of travel and was kind. We would love to stay at this property in the future. Great location!
Could use a deep clean in the bathroom but overall a great place.
Pros location is great. Neighborhood is great. Lots of room. Nicely furnished. Host is incredible. Pools and hot tubs are nice. Parking is good.
Cons. Patio is not really useable but could be. It backs up to a tropical forest beside either a dry creek or ditch. Lots of bird poop. We rented adjacent studio for one week and that was convenient. However when other guests stayed next door it was a little awkward on patio. More attention to detail is needed in cleaning like doors, handles, light switches and ceiling fans. White carpet is stained. Other guests food and meds were left in cabinets.
Had a great time. Great condo. Great host. Great pool. Great location.
Very nice private place...loved the hot tub
Nice little condo very close to all the Wailea amenities. Yards away from the shops. Pool directly across from the unit (although I didn’t use the pool). Check in was easy, Ralph provided good directions and was easy to communicate with.
Wonderful stay for 3 nights in March, 2024. Nice, comfortable condo in secluded setting. Well maintained and fully furnished. Would not hesitate to stay again.
