This 2 BD 2 bath across the street from Kamaole beach 3 was great!Clean, well stocked place was great for a party of 3 (me, my husband and a friend)The only challenge was same as other reviews. No AC so place can be too warm to comfortably fall asleep and stay asleep. We went at the end of May and found place too hot at times so cannot imagine staying without AC during the hot summer months.Also the building has only 1 elevator in the middle and it's a bit of a walk from elevator to the unit so bringing grocery or luggage was a bit of a pain but nothing bad enough to not stay here.I would definitely stay here again!
Had a few hiccups with check in and property managers on Hawaii but host was involved and talking to me through the process and super helpful. Amazing views. Lots of amenities in the condo! Loved it would stay there again and recommend to others.My favorite was sitting out on the lanai late at night or early am and getting to hear the ocean! Lovely condo!
This condo is so conveniently located and really well stocked! All of the kitchen, linen and beach toys/chairs/coolers you could need. It got a bit warm in the afternoon (mid to late Feb) however it was not a concern once we set up the fans! The view from the big lanai is beautiful, and the view of the whales and the sunset from the beach right across the street is amazing. There were three big turtles in the water as well when we took a quick snorkel!!
The location of the condo is perfect! Cross the road and you are at one of the best beaches. The place has every you need for the stay - an awesome well equipped kitchen to beach stuff for the kids. You will find a lot of cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Our family of four had a great stay in Maui.

We had a hiccup with check-in (that felt bigger after a long day of traveling), but the owner QUICKLY remedied it. After that, we had smooth sailing and absolutely loved this condo. We stay in Kihei frequently, but this was by far the best view that we've ever had. We loved sitting out on the huge lanai. The bedrooms were super quiet at night. The condo was stocked better than any others that we've previously stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked too.
The owner is quick to respond and helpful. The condo complex, though older, is clearly cared for. We loved the deep pool that went to 8 feet! We did miss having a hot tub, but you can't win them all.
This condo does lack AC. We almost skipped staying here because of it. Apart from arrival (no fans on), we never had a problem with the heat. There were times it was on the warmer side, but never uncomfortable. The primary bedroom cooled down at night. The secondary bedroom was normally warmer, but not enough to bother sleep.
A note - READ MARIAN'S DIRECTIONS ON GETTING TO THE CONDO! We've stayed in Kihei 10+ times, so I naively thought that I didn't need the directions. Little did I know that this complex has 4 separate parking lots that look like one big one from the road. The lot for this condo is the one closest to the fire hydrant. All this was detailed in Marian’s directions.
Overall, we loved this unit. We tried to book for next year, but it was already booked. We are already thinking about booking two years out.

This condo was well beyond our expectations! Fully stocked with all of the amenities for daily living, plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards and right on the beach! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai and look forward to booking this condo again on our next trip to Maui. Thank you, Marian & Larry for your hospitality. Mahalo!
Wasn't able to check in at 4pm, due to cleaning crew still onsite. We had to wait until 5:30 PM to gain access. We found a lot wasn't clean and had to sweep up.
The condo is very nice and updated. The master bed was good, not to hard and not to soft. They could use new pillows, because they were really flat. The condo came stocked bath and beach towels.
Possibly from not being cleaned really well by the cleaning crew, there was a giant cockroach that crawled up my leg. There were a lot of carpenter ants inside, so luckily they had Raid under the sink and I sprayed the unit. We didn't have a problem after this.
Be mindful this unit is on the 4th floor which is at the top. The elevator is fast, but it's a long walk to the unit. The stairs seem to go on forever when you have to walk up.
There is no air condition in the condo. I would suggest the owner put a portable one in the master bedroom. The condo was great and comfortable, but we dreaded going to sleep because it was so hot. They do provide a lot of fans.
The condo comes with a lot of things like boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear etc. Our only negatives are no AC in the master bed and the long flight of stairs to get up. Everything else was great.
This was my very first trip to Hawaii. I will definitely be back and will definitely book this condo again. Very clean. Had beach chairs, snorkels (which I lost one , I replaced it). Dishes, coffee machine, towels, shampoo etc! Everything I didn’t want to bring on this trip, this condo provided. The owner was very accommodating when I asked if we could check in early, due to my flight being early. The beach is right across the street. The only thing is I would like air conditioning , but the weather was beautiful and we lived without it. You will enjoy your stress free stay when choosing this condo. Liked location across the street from kam 3 beach. Enjoyed view of ocean. Street was vey noisy. Stayed on 4th floor, elevator very far from unit and used stairs. Did not have ac and was hot in afternoon and nights. Could definitely use ac.
This is a wonderful place to stay. Great view and location. The place has everything you need to have a great vacation. We appreciate the use of the coolers, beach towels, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. We would definitely stay here again!
The condo was perfectly located across the street from the beach. When we arrived Lisa Sue, the property manager, was there to greet us. She’s absolutely friendly and helpful! Overall, everything was made easy during our stay. 5 stars for comfort, location, cleanliness and value. I would recommend staying at Maui Parkshore condos!

We wake up fully rested thanks to the amazing mattresses. The first sounds are the surf and tropical birds. There's a kitchen so don't have to make ourselves presentable for breakfast. The beach is family friendly and literally across the street. It's a quick walk to stores, restaurants and the pub. Sitting back on the balcony watching the Maui sunset and stars overhead is a wonderful way to end the day.
One of the best beaches we found was right across the street, with great snorkeling, lots of turtles and lifeguards on duty during the day. The condo and location worked out great for our family!
It is a great condo and the price could not be beat!

We loved the proximity to the beaches, shops and restaurants. It was easy to get to the highway and the views were wonderful. The condo was fully stocked with spices and all the little bits and pieces. Dishwasher detergent washing detergent, coffee filters and the like. The toys were great! Boogeyboards, snorkling gear, chairs and an umbrella. Everything one needs for a day at the beach. One thing would have made our stay more comfortable would be air conditioning. Even just in the bedrooms. It was quite hot at night and we had trouble sleeping l. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here and with air conditioning would come back again and again.
